Have taken our Apple laptops to Quality Office in Searcy several times both for in and out of Apple Care repairs. Andrew is very knowledgeable about Apple products and offers excellent customer service. He can tell right away whats wrong and how much it will cost. Turnaround time is fast and repair prices are reasonable. So glad I found this authorized service provider--much closer and easier to deal with than driving all the way to west Little Rock to the Apple Store.
