This shop is a ripoff. He will give you how much it will be the cost to fix your laptop and then later he will tell you that the price has increased ridiculously. If you said that you do not to fix it anymore he will still charge you a 50 dollars and will rudely say : "I do not work for free". I got my laptop back with a heat problem and the original problem got worse and I had to pay 50$ and listen to him rudely talking to me.

I went to get my laptop fixed. The lid was coming apart at the hinge and the cable and antenna were damaged. They fixed my laptop perfectly. Awesome customer service. He made sure to tell me what exactly was wrong and what needed to be fixed and he did an amazing job. I expected to pay more, but his prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Laptops Express to anyone that need laptop repair in Baton Rouge.

They were EXTREMELY helpful! My laptop screen cracked and all I needed was my touch screen feature to be turned off. All other places said it would cost $200+ to get it repaired when all I needed was for the touch screen to be disabled. They were able to do it and I didnt spend anywhere near $100 dollars. I am so pleased! Dont waste your time going to Best Buy, Geek Squad will try to cheat you!
