I contacted this company for a quote - received it fairly quickly. When I contacted them to ask about a mattress cover and why I was charged for one that was not for my size of bed, the rep became defensive. I was also called every day 2-3x a day during the last week and a half of February after I had told the rep I was not moving until end of March. (INSTANCE NUMBER 1 OF NOT LISTENING) Then was told thats neither here nor there that they called me incessantly. I put my deposit down for a certain date and explained that I would not be available on that date until after 12:00 p.m. I was called at 10:35 a.m. on that day saying they were sending a crew. I explained that I wasnt there and had told the rep when I would be there when setting up the date for move. I called at 2:30 p.m. and was told it would be around 5 before could come move me. no big deal. then at 5:00 p.m. I received a phone call that the movers would not be coming that day since one of them hurt their hand. I was very upset due to putting deposit down for this date, moving utilities over, etc. Finally when the movers came the next morning, they were very courteous. One of them mentioned they had a 12 hour day the day before and was so tired. That leads me to believe I was lied to about the mover hurting themselves and that they just wanted to go home. One of the movers spent 15-20 minutes in my bathroom while the other didnt move but a few pieces during that time. Before we all left my previous residence, I specified my building and apartment number and told them which entrance and where they could park. On the way to my new residence I saw the moving truck go the opposite way off the exit instead of towards my residence. I saw the truck driving around the complex for about 10 - 15 minutes while I called and had to tell their manager where to go -- another instance of NOT LISTENING. Also one of the movers lost the folder with all the paperwork and my credit card information and I had to call to find out if they found it due to the sensitive information possibly being lost. When I asked about getting some of my deposit back due to them cancelling on me the day before, I was told that it was partially my fault because they had a crew ready but I wasnt ready. I explained that I needed keys to new place and couldnt move without them, and also that I had told the rep the time before when setting up move date. on top of all of this, the movers failed to get everything off the truck and I am still waiting for them to bring one item to me. the movers left their mattress pad packaging in my old place and I had to clean up their trash. The estimate (that I was told was high balled, no hidden charges) was $100 more than what they told me originally.I dont think I should have to pay for the 15-20 minutes their worker was using the bathroom and the 10-15 minutes for them going the wrong way and then being lost in the parking lot -- yet I did. I would not recommend anyone use them. I feel like they all work hard but its Subpar service that gets them - and also blaming me for their failure to listen and document between the 3-4 people I dealt with.

Buyer beware! They will charge you unrealistic prices. 119 an hour, the men will move slow and then when they showed me my 900 dollar price tag the other mover is telling my husband what will happen to our stuff if we dont pay. Seriously? It was extortion. First of all, my move was 2 hours late because their truck broke down. This made me late to my schedule appointment for my cable and internet services and when I complained the owner was just like oh well it happens. I understand it happens but thats not my problem. Considering I paid nearly 1,000 dollars to move from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom with 200 more square feet is ridiculous. Now I have to be responsible for their trucks breaking down? No. Shoddy business outlook. They left trash and stuff in my unit and outside my unit for all to see. Totally embarrassing and caused me more fines with my complex than needed. The owner is terrible. When he called me he basically called me a liar saying AND I QUOTE "I believe my driver he is good we dont get complains about him then to put the cherry on top they blamed me for leaving the move to go open the other apartment for my cable guy when theyre the one that made me late in the first place! I am a working class person with disabilities and they completely took advantage of me and made my move more stressful than moving already is. Didnt offer to compensate for being late, didnt care that they trashed the place and left a box spring where people couldnt even get out of their apartments. The owners attitude the whole time was oh well, were sorry. Half assed. Then fuel cost is a joke. I dont even live a half a mile away from their facitiles and less than 8 miles IN THE SAME CITY and they charged me another hour for fuel cost. YEP another 119 dollars. Crooks. When you call around there is a reason why others are so booked, these men are criminals and I have told everyone at my corporation to stay clear as they see you have money, they will dig in your pockets to take all the change out of them. The saddest part is I used them before. They broke some things but it wasnt all that serious and the move was 500 dollars less. They judge you by the location youre moving from and to on how much to charge you. Theres no other reason why my move was 500 dollars more than last time.

Scam artists!! We were quoted $130/hour and made sure over the phone that this included everything - delivery fee, travel time, etc. When the movers show up 4 hours late, they have at least ten pages of contract that they make you read and sign on their time. The contract is not straight-foward and at this point, what else are you going to do? You have to have your stuff moved, right? They load up all items and arrive to your final destination where they keep your items locked inside their truck while they hit you with an average of $230/hour fee. Then you are told if you dont pay it, they will keep your stuff in the truck and if you call the office, you are getting charged on that time. Very frustrating! Its like the mafia of movers. When you Google the company, one learns that they have an overall 1-star rating with the consumer affairs and nothing over 3-stars anywhere else. The Better Business Bureau has given them a B rating, which is not great by any means, when they definitely deserve an F-. Besides experiencing this ourselves first hand, we were told a story of a young girl who was terminally ill and needed her stuff moved. She was quoted $300 and chose All My Sons based on that quote as she was living on an extreme budget at this point in her life. When the movers arrived to her final destination, her bill was over $1000. She could not afford to pay it. They left this terminally ill girl crying her heart out and took all of her belongings just to lock them up. How is the ethical - whether you are terminally ill or not? If you hourly rate is $230, why not say that? Why all the hidden costs? Apparently this is a nationwide scam and I do not understand how it has gone on for so long, unchecked.
