Our experience with C.H. Moving was excellent. I set up the move by phone and we went through everything regarding the move. I called the day before to make sure we were scheduled for Monday and the schedule was exactly as we set up. On the day of the move I received a call from Cory telling us they were on the way and would be there within 30 minutes. They arrived as promised and both Corey and Dennis were polite, professional and ready to go to work. They did everything we asked and more. The move took a little longer than was projected but I actually expected that because of our furniture and the move to an upstairs apartment. We could not be more pleased with C.H. Moving. I strongly recommend them and will use them again in about nine months when we move to our house. We have now used CH Moving twice and they were just as good the second time around. Raleigh, Jeremy, and Justin did a fantastic job. If you need someone to move you locally, you cant beat College Hunks!!!!!

We had a sofa sleeper that we wanted to donate to Goodwill (although, as it turns out, Goodwill wont take sofa sleepers). I called College Hunks one day, and they made an appointment for the next day. They actually arrived ahead of schedule (but only after calling me to be sure that was ok with me). The sofa sleeper was a queen size, heavy thing. And we live in an upstairs apartment. But no complaints from Raligh and Matt. They took the legs off, secured the mattress, and had it out in no time. Weve had some recent experiences with furniture deliverymen and cable tv installers who seemed to be genuinely irritated that they were having to do their jobs and that we had the nerve to live in an upstairs apartment. No complaining from the College Hunks. They were friendly. They were professional. They were quick. And they were careful to avoid damage to the walls or stairs. Well worth the price they charged. We will definitely call College Hunks to handle our next move.

Terrible service and no one could give me a straight answer. We called around 1 on a Saturday because we had to move a very heavy table top that we figured out we could not move ourselves. They gave us a confirmed window from 2-4 and they took our cell phone number and email. 4pm rolls around and we havent heard so we call, they say a manager will call is back. 5pm rolls around and no phone call, so we call back. The third person we talk to said the first person had to get approval from the manager, and that we hadnt been confirmed because the manager could not be reached. We waited around all day for something that was promised, and no one could fix it or give me a straight answer. If you are in a crunch these people will not help you nor will they do their job.

I called to get a quote for a move from out of town and the representative immediately cut me off saying that they couldnt do it because there wasnt a location there. First of all, the website for Little Rock says that you do long distance moves to they need to take that off of their services! Secondly, if he hadnt been so quick to get off the phone with me he would have found out that although we arent in Little Rock, we will be moving there! So whats the difference if they had started in Little Rock and moved to a location that didnt have their services versus starting at a location and finishing where their office is- ITS THE SAME DISTANCE!!! So basically you can only move to and from places that have an actual facility for them?!?!? Severely displeased!!

Nolen and the guys are a great group! They promote a stress free move and that is exactly what it was. Movers were professional and friendly, truck was clean and had all the needed supplies to move furniture and belongings safely and efficiently. The level of customer service is unmatched as well, Nolen was always just a phone call away to answer and questions or concerns. I had other moving companies try to scare me into thinking that the HUNKS would not take care of my things or just show up with a truck and trailer. This was definitely no the case, I believe the other movers are just threatened by the excellent price and quality of this group. I will recommend College Hunks to anyone needing their services. Thanks again guys for all your help.

Corey and Jeremy were hands down the best moving team I have ever had. I have moved with other companies on local moves, in state moves, and across the country; and none have compared to how hardworking, efficient, professional, and just generally pleasant to be around as these guys. They went above and beyond to successfully accommodate getting what could have been an impossible piece of furniture to the second floor, without ever complaining! They made every step of my moving day as smooth and stress free as possible. This service is priceless, but it also was priced very reasonably. My first experience using CHHJ will certainly not be my last (but I promise I wont ask yall to get that piece of furniture back down!) Thank you!

College Hunks made our move incredibly easy and stress free. Nolan came out and thoroughly explained the process and made his estimates on space - which were right on exactly by the way. We had 3 guys load our rented 26foot truck and some trailers. They did an amazing job. They were quick, efficient and cared about our stuff (which was always the problem in the past with loading only jobs... they dont unload it and see how damaged everything is!). Raleigh and the guys did an amazing job- no space of the truck/trailers was wasted. Everything was protected. We were incredibly pleased. The customer service is TOP NOTCH, communication was perfect. Extremely happy with COLLEGE HUNKS. Would definitely use them again.

Trey, Austin, and Corey were EXTREMELY helpful when it came to loading my truck at beginning of the month. They called 30 minutes ahead of schedule and were very patient when I was still working to obtain my loading truck. They helped load items from two locations. They were very respectful, helpful, efficient, kind, and friendly. They didnt complain one time and they were all about the business. They loaded my truck with items from two locations in an hour and fifteen minutes. I was very impressed with the quality of service I received and I would definitely use this company again. I appreciate my team, and again, many thanks to Trey, Austin, and Corey for their hard work in making my move that much easier.

We recently used College Hunks for our move. They were great. Very professional--from the day they came out to give an estimate to the minute they set up the last piece of furniture. Our movers were Lance, Demetrius, and Jordan. All three men were professional and courteous. Went beyond call of duty and repaired the leg on table that was damaged (NOT damaged by College Hunks; had been previously damaged). They didnt even complain when I made them move a bookcase three different times! Not only were they on time, they were a little early! Furniture was professionally wrapped for transport. We were just really impressed and would certainly call them again--and I would request this team of three!

College Hunks team and I have served several clients specific to our services. My company is new so having the right partners is absolutely essential to growing my reputation in our community. Nolens team has always exceeded my expectations but most importantly those of my clients. Many are seniors and for various reasons wont fill out surveys. That said, heres the take away: the guys are courteous, take care with the property, are on time, and efficient. Heres my take away: I dont worry about anything. According to Justin at CH "No worries, the real Hunk (Justin, ha) has your back" and thats the fact!! Love these guys!!
