Pros: The staff is very friendly, its 24/7, they have a good mix of cardio machines, free weights and machines. Complimentary towels and toiletries. Security cameras and a panic button. 35% discount for military and first responders which is about $20/month. Cons: Its a little too small for my taste, makes it where its a little too intimate. I like a more spacious weight room. I could see where it would get really crowded, really fast. The machines (weight & cardio) look a little outdated. They dont appear to have as many features as some of the bigger gym machines have. Appear as though theyre from the 80s ,90s time range. Im sure they do the job, but theyre definitely nothing fancy. Bathroom is crazy small: 1 stall, 1 urinal, 2 showers, 1 sink. Thats it for the mens room. Gym isnt always staffed. In all, its a gym. Decently priced for military and first responders but if youre just an average Joe, Id maybe look for a better, up to date gym.

If you like small, this is your place. Like many people, I didnt attend the last several months and went in to cancel the membership. The owner and I talked and it was confirmed I didnt have a contract nor a cancellation fee. Ironically, he manually keyed in my last debit at almost twice the monthly fee. He knew I was leaving but told me its a yearly fee for equipment use. I reminded him I cancelled and questioned the charge. He was unhelpful and didnt seem to care at all. For what you pay, go to LA Fitness and enjoy much more.

Really like this gym. Has all the equipment a serious lifter needs. Also has a good selection of functional strength equipment that I havent seen at any other gym. I dont like crowds when lifting, so I appreciate this small gym where I can go during non peak hours. I just wish they had a heavy bag.

Great gym for those who want to lift. Has plenty of free weight options, unlike a lot of the big chains in the area.
