Ummmm.. meh, its nice and clean, Id say cleaner than most Anytime Fitnesss. Its a gym it has ur basic equipment with a little extra but its missing a seated cable row?? First gym I ever been to that didnt have one. Water is cold.. and thats rare in gyms now days. Cant give five stars because it was just hard (for me) to get into my workout with the layout being so split up. Id say knock that pointless middle wall out and add some more equipment. Ill prolly be looking elsewhere to train while in Conway.

The new owner is such an awesome guy. He truly cares about each and every member! He has a Training background and is right there with you when you sign up and will be down the road too! I highly recommend stopping in and checking the location out!

This gym is hit or miss. Sometimes its cleaner than others. Not always the happiest feeling for a gym. Good equipment, lots of room to work, functional workout areas too.
