Small and crowded. Cardio room locked up basically when ever there wasnt a class in it. So its more or less unavailable. They had a good amount of free weights, however that is where the crowded comes into play. Some of the staff were very helpful and inviting ;the majority of the staff were very standoffish and unapproachable. The biggest complaint that I have, is that they advertise month to month contract however when you wish to cancel it it does not matter if you are in the middle of the month you have already paid for at the beginning or near the end; it will charge you for a whole other month are you request to cancel your membership regardless if you want to go another month or not. If so do not inform you of this it is in the fine print of your contract so if youre wanting to go make sure you know a month in advance when you are going to end your membership for you will be charged again.

365 Fitness is a much better facility than Xtreme Fitness! Ryan and Anthony are professionals and they show it by keeping the facility and its equipment clean while offering one of the largest free-weight areas in central Arkansas. The child care they provide has allowed me to workout uninterrupted, which is a plus! The staff is courteous and friendly! Plenty of TVs so you can still catch the latest news and sports. I can say having worked out under both management styles (Xtreme and 365 Fitness) that the environment is much better and the experience is worth the membership. Ive made new friends since returning in March 2012 and have managed to get into much better shape while doing so! Thanks 365 Fitness for doing it right!

Ive been to all the big gyms in conway, 365 Fitness definetly has the most to offer, they have the most equipment out of all the gyms, and great programs, for both losing weight and getting in shape, and also for hand to hand combat including kickboxing, Judo, and a Combat Fitness Club based around mixed martial arts and a insane workout. Staff is great and treats you like family. 4 tanning beds, and a shake bar. I mean come on people, 20 bucks a month, you can lose weight, stay in shape, keep a good tan, learn to defend yourself, for 20 freakin bucks a month. If you dont like this gym please go play in traffic on I-40.

I have transferred from several gyms and this one by far has the best free weight section out of them all. They have awesome staff members that will help you in any way possible. It does get crowded but that shouldnt stop you from working out. It is one of the best places to go too. Well educated individuals work there and they can help you with your goals! You can go to the boot camp classes and others that they offer. I wish i didnt have to leave this place and that they were world wide. LOVE ME SOME 365 FITNESS!

Ive been a member here for a long time. I feel as if this place is my home away from home. The childcare is wonderful, I also find it very easy to focus on my workouts, and have gone from just wanting to be in better shape, to competing in figure. As a competitor, I couldnt as for a better gym to be a member of!

Been there 4 years now. Great staff with great members. The free weight section is the best in Conway. Warren Martin and Brooke Walker will help you meet all of your fitness goals. I highly recommend this gym. Get up and go see Ryan or Anthony and get signed up now.
