The employees are the sweetest. Ive been a member of national gym chains in the past and the customer service seems to be the first service to wane. At the DAC, I am always greeted by either Tracy, Joe, TJ, or Amy. Amys mid-day classes help build a foundation for fitness and are a timely, energetic break from a busy work day. Tracy provides professional training on appropriate form and procedures for the gym equipment. You can also book a mid-day massage with David. I have recommended people in the past to this gym, particularly to Tracy as a personal trainer and to Amys group Cardio Sculpt class. If you work in downtown Little Rock or North Little Rock, I strongly advise you drop in.

The athletic clubs are hands down the best gyms in Central Arkansas. The service is impeccable. They provide anything a person could need to have a positive workout experience. Despite the small space to work with at the Downtown Athletic Club they provide any amenity you could need.
