This review is for the Salon at Ulta onlly, not the general store. I made an appointment for a blowout at this salon to try it out. I get my cuts and color somewhere else but its nice to treat yourself to a blowout once and awhile. I tried them out because I had a coupon and its close to home. I arrived for my appointment and checked in with what I thought was the receptionist. There was another walk in there that made an appointment for 30 minutes after me. There was only one person styling at the time so I thought there would be another stylist coming soon since there was two of us waiting and what kind of salon only has one stylist? I waited for almost 30 minutes and as soon as I was about to get up and leave she calls me back. The walk in that had an appointment 30 minutes after me was called back at the same time. This should have been my first clue to walk away but I wanted my blowout. The shampoo was fine and so was the blow dry, although the stylist didnt fix my hair how I asked. I got sleek and straight, which is my natural hair texture, when I asked for voluminous with a slight curl on the end. It took her almost AN HOUR to blow dry my hair!!! Every 7-10 minutes she would have to stop and consult the other stylist on how to do something or answer the phone as the receptionist had disappeared. This became very annoying, and again I almost told her I had to leave. I was here for a blowout an hour and fourty five minutes to get a simple wash and style and I didnt even come out with what I wanted. I had to even spray my own hair at the end as the stylist just walked off without saying anything, presumably to check me out. The walk in that came in after me got out of there quicker than I did. What a horrible experience!!!

Worst experience ever my wife keeps the lights on at this establishment and this particular time she bought two shampoos on accident it was supposed to be shampoo and conditioner. So I returned to get the shampoo switched out for conditoner, the "beauty advisors" name was Vonetta she accused me of trying to get one over on them some how. Also when my wife bought the original purchase they were buy one get one free. And apparently if you need to exchange something and not return it they still will not honor the original bogo even though it was just an EXCHANGE....... Wouldnt even show me where the shampoo I needed was..... Worst service ever. I will not allow my wife to continue to spend money in this establishment I will have her buy all her hair products from her salon and get her makeup from Sephora.. we literally used to spend over 2000 a year in here and it shows on her rewards card this terrible experience is the reason brick and mortar stores are failing....

ONLY for the salon - not the store. I called the first time and talked to a lady at the salon. I asked her if the triple points were still active for the salon. She said she didnt know. Before I could get another word out she hung up. Then I called back and talked to someone at the store who transferred me to the salon and the same lady answered and said I dont know what to tell you (in a rude tone). I calmly asked her if I could talk to the store manager or someone up front. She said okay and put me on hold. After waiting 20 minutes I hung up. I definitely cant trust the lady with my hair. What a crappy attitude!

Went to go get a haircut & I walked out of the salon looking like my bangs were cut by a kid. The manager gave me a $10 discount as if that made up for her bad haircut. Their response was well we told you the cost beforehand. The issue was not the cost, the issue was that I had to pay for a really bad haircut. I literally walked out of there unhappy, mad and with bangs that looked like a $5 haircut. They did nothing to resolve the issue & were really unprofessional in handling an unsatisfied customer. I will never go to this Ulta ever again.

Love love love Ulta!! The red headed manager (sorry I totally forgot the name) is the sweetest lady ever! My sister and I were in there about twenty minutes till closing and I never felt rushed or like they were trying to push us out of the door. We got our things and checked out and the manager talked to us a few extra minutes just about makeup! I always feel so out of place at our local Sephora and their ladies are always rude to me but not Ulta! They always have what I want!

Disappointed every single time I walk into this place. The beauty advisors are rude, and incredibly not helpful. It never fails I can get either the shampoo I need OR the conditioner, not both, because stocking the shelves must be a tough job. Half the deals that are going on arent labeled in the store, but dont ask anyone about it, because they are too busy walking aimlessly around. I stick with online. Love Ultra, dislike this particular store.

Walked in this place with a few friends of mine and definitely got profiled. But other than that its a pretty nice store. The perfumes smelled really nice. I think its a perfect place to buy gifts.

If youre going for NYX...then nix this location! Horrible selection of in Stock product and about 1/2 of the items are priced so its a surprise when you get to the counter.
