I needed a facial appointment within 2 days and I called moxie, a place Id never been and still havent been. This rating is due to the appointment scheduling procedure, NOT the services. I called the main number and told them what I wanted and when I needed it by. I was told that they would pass it along and someone would call me back. Ive been to many spa/salons and was never told someone would call me back to schedule a simple appointment. If Moxie couldnt fit me in then thats fine, I know it was short notice but I needed to know whether I needed to call another spa that could fit me in. I waited about 4 hours before calling the direct number to the service I wanted and left a message just in case my original message didnt get passed along. I ended up calling and scheduling with another spa but I never heard back from them that day or the next. Maybe I caught them on an off day but I doubt Ill try again for future services.

my wife spent her day at the salon one day then a few days later she went out with her friends and received some news about one of the stylists and apparently it was bad enough for her to say that she would not be returning and would direct her friends away from going there again

If youre looking for a good place to get a wax of any kind Id recommend going here! Rachelle is VERY reasonably priced (Brazilian for $30!) and one of the nicest ladies Ive ever met. She is experienced and knowledgeable and I know Ill be going back for sure!
