I went here for 12 years, age 15 to 27, until i went away from my norm, and wanted ombre. Instead the surprised me with a beautiful style filled with streaks and patches of red straw, think bozo red. She immediately noticed she messed up and said come in wed, i was there on a monday. Oh and i paid, because i knew i was coming back and that would be free. I came wed, for her to redo it, hoping for the blonde ombre i wanted, and it still was bright and brassy. NOTHING near what i paid for. It was awful. Then i had to pay for this lavender Aveda shampoo stuff, to help minimize the red. The next morning after my shower as i was brushing my hair, it was just falling out, all over. I was so hysterical my husband looked like he was in a horror movie. He called them up right away and said we neededa manager, onewas not available so they said theyd call us back. I didnt know if i was going to end up bald, or if the next day more would fall out. The manager called back later to say they can have me come in tomorrow which would be Friday for a free keratin treatment. So i did. Came to find out they just loaded my hair with crap you can buy. Nothing special. I know because shes like you can get this and this blah blah this does this and so on. The next day more hair fell out, not as much but, for some odd reason more hair loss wasnt cool with me in any capacity. After that I was livid, like demonic. I decided, i wanted my money back, so after harassing them and them doing nothing, i called corporate and they said they cannot refund me but i can get my next color free. Wtf, could u imagine i may not want to return. I waited 6 months because my hair was so damaged. Which it wasnt before. They said they would take some and test it because they needed to see how it would react since it got so damaged. They did not. My color was okay, i went to someone different. But my hair got redamaged after i waited six months so i could try and repair it. I never went again. That was 2 years ago and since i was in their club they still send me crap like 20 dollars on your birthday. Last may i had them do an eyebrow tint for that. It lasted like a freaking 48 hour period. Honestly, waste of time. The techniques they use and knowledge they dont posses ruin your hair. I go to urban vintage now, its only slightly more expensive, lasts for like a year, so way way cheaper over a year. I havent colored my hair in 9 months, they techniques they use are the best, they use keune which is better then aveda, and they knowledge they have is unbelievable.

The first time I went back in Feb I asked to go brunette from blonde. The lady I got gave me brown low lights and a lot of blonde highlights. It was awful and not what I asked for. It took her three hours to make my hair awful. By that time it was 9 pm and no time to fix it. I complain to the managers who told me that I can come in tomorrow to fix my hair. I get a second appointment and the same lady tries again. My hair came out with one side brunette and the other side blonde. I could not believe that she could still not get my hair all brunette. I complained again and they said to have them try one more time. I go in the next day for them to fix it and she turns me three shades darker brunette in a block color. It was AWFUL. I was so angry and I complained and they offered to fix it again but I told them that fixing it for a third time would RUIN my hair. They made me pay full price of 135 for this crap. I went in again a month ago to see a girl who had cut my hair there in January. My brunette had completely faded and it looked awful! I had her color me back to blonde. Well she didnt get all the way to my roots from my scalp and left a line of brunette! And the foils started getting really hot and burned my scalp, I was yelling that they were burning me and they had to put me under water quickly. They blamed me for drinking water with a lot of metal in it and explained that was why it caused this chemical reaction. I told them that I havent done anything different from the last time they used dye in my hair and that it couldnt be my fault. They still made me pay full price. I was so pissed! I went to a girlfriend of mine to get my hair cut yesterday and she said that the hair color was really messed up and that I had three block colors showing. I will NEVER go back to elevate. They were good when they were city looks but now I cant even stand walking in there. They have truly ruined my hair and felt no remorse. The only good person there is Tricia. She truly understands my hair.

Horrible experience, I came in asking that no drill be used on my nails, and I wanted pink fill with white tips. Even showed a picture of what I wanted. The nail technician started by using excessive force with the nail file, she filed my skin around my nails, till i started to bleed. I was attending a wedding and my fingernails look gross in all pictures because they all scabbed over from the cuts she gave me. She also didnt even remove all the previous nails polish so against my white tips is bright pink nails polish. and you can see my underlying nails which looks very bad. this place is also very expensive!! 3 times the normal price for acrylics, but yet give you the worst quality nails. I also didnt get the pink backing on my nails, when I spoke up about it she said it would cost me $10 to fix it the way I wanted! how does it cost me because you didnt do what I asked??? wish i could attach pictures here to show you all how horrible my nails look!!!! be ware .

Worst customer service and very unprofessional. The manager at the Edgewood Salon, has the worst attitude and very unprofessional. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. For someone, paying over $800.00 for a service, your attitude and professional skills suck. The Manager was very rude to my wife. I will be getting a hold of the General Manager as well. Im disgusted! If you have an issue with any service they perform for you, dont waste your time going to talk to them about it. Very rude and they sit there and talk about the clients behind their back. Very Juvenile!

I walked in and was told it would be 10-15 minutes for a haircut, I told them Id wait, no problem. So I waited where they told me to wait. Everyone around me was asked if they wanted something to drink, I was not asked. Not a big deal I guess. So I waited...and waited. After 35-40 minutes, I decided that I was being ignored or forgotten so I told them I didnt have anymore time to wait and left. That was the second time they did that to me so NEVER AGAIN will I go there!
