Charged my wife for "missed" appointment, when they had in fact been the one who had changed her appointment for later that day/ She was distraught as I was arriving from a year absence due to Active Duty Military, and wanted her hair done prior to my arrive for Christmas. They had "rescheduled" her for a time after my arrival, but this wasnt meeting her need and desire. My wife was very upset. It took hours to calm and reassure her. Subsequently she didnt go... I had been home 2 hrs and this was when she was "scheduled"?? My wife said she believes they had changed her appointment because they had a "walk-in". I contacted them regarding the charge that was taken from my account. Charge was not appropriate. It seems to me to be a mutual appointment issue. They could have resolved it in a more professional manner. Recommend not patronizing this salon. I am personally appalled at the email they responded with when asked for return of charges deducted from my bank account.

I started going to Le Reve about a year ago because my hair stylist Britta started working there. It is great! First of all, Britta is fantastic! She always does exactly what I want done. She is an Aveda specialist and really knows how to color. I always love my color. She also keeps my cut just the way I like it. I have thick hair and she keeps it layered and thinned perfectly. The salon is great and has many things to offer. I have used the manicure and pedicure services and they have both been super! And to boot.....there is a bowl of chocolates on the counter! Who can pass that up!!!

My husband is 25 and came to Le Reve to get his eyebrows touched up before a wedding this weekend. He has very dark hair and thick eyebrows. She took off a least half of the width of his eyebrow as well as some of the length. Not only are they very thin, they are not even at all or the same shape. Rachel offered to fix them, but we did not want her touching them anymore. All he needed were the strays taken off, but she completely re shaped them to a feminine look. Extremely disappointed.

Sharee, Sabina and company are the best. Overly flexible with my unpredictable work schedule. Dont know what the guy is talking about with the cancellation fee...either his wife is a repeat repeat offender or she does not have a phone. The staff calls to verify all appointments 24 hours in advance...even for my two boys. Sharee has cut my hair for 10+ years. Will never go anywhere else.
