Ben is super awesome and friendly. Im not completely stupid with computers... Id say my competence level is 6/10. My computer wasnt booting up properly/at all and... my fiends told me my hard drive was probably shot so after some searching around I brought it in to Ben at 9pm on a Tuesday. Practically no one is open so late... and if they are, they probably wouldnt be very happy to see you. You wont get that with Ben. I believe he started that night, He worked through the problems and was finished by Thursday. Picked it up after I got off work. Super convenient. Ben seems to always be available to help you out. Ben also addressed a problem that I didnt really come in for. My laptops been nearing the end of its life... the right corner hinge was getting separated due to the two screws falling out... one fell in and was stuck within the laptop. I had been unable to open and close my laptop without fear of the screen coming off completely. I suppose I could have fixed that issue by myself but Im too lazy to go and find the right screws and whatnot. Even though another shop offered to do it for free (which Ben also did end up doing) it still made a positive impression on the overall service I received. The only downside: as a recent college grad, Im pretty broke and I dont have a decent job quite yet so maybe thats why I thought the prices were a bit steep. I mean Im sure if i brought it into other shops I would have been charged about the same amount if not even more. My friend had he not been out of state, probably could have fixed it but even he admitted that it might have been a lot messier. Ben was able to fix everything while leaving the computer how it should have been before it started acting up. Meaning no dreadful computer wipes and having to reinstall everything. Point is. My computer is fixed and its well worth bringing it to him rather than wasting time and struggling / stressing over it. Plus. You can always earn more money, you cant take back the time wasted trying to find someone to fix it for free. Great job Ben! Thanks! Will come to him if I ever have any more computer problems. oh and sidenote, I searched "computer repair" and this place doesnt show up on yelp... but now that I mentioned computer repair, hopefully itll pick it up on yelp.

I highly recommend Ben, the main guy at this business. Last week, my laptop fell from my desk, damaging the hard drive. I went online to check for computer repairs establishments around my area, which is how I found ACS. Checked Yelp for reviews on this business. I was encouraged by what I read from the multitude of customers who had experienced it. So I called and set up an appointment for the same day. The first thing I noticed was the friendly and warm nature of Ben. He took a look at my laptop and confirmed that the HD was damaged. Secondly, as compared to the other services I found online, his pricing is fair and he would even propose other solutions to you to mitigate the cost. Third, he mounted HD and actually installed windows 8 OS for free. I like the fact that he is timely and keeps to his promises. So, again, I highly recommend his service.

5 star service, professionalism, knowledge, customer service, all around savior! My computer was hacked, locked and a big mess. Ben unlocked it, cleaned it up and got it back to better than before! I had a couple of minor glitches I only noticed after operating it after the repair and Ben so kindly, so graciously, so service oriented, remotely helped me to reset a couple Windows things - he is excellent. And , he did it on a moments notice, as soon as I contacted him he took care of it. Im really, really pleased with his work, his patience, professionalism and the price was fair, Very reasonable price for the work that was done, which included the later tune up after hours, thank you Ben! Great job, life saver, definitely HIGHLY recommend and will definitely use him again if ever needed.

Im a professional software developer since 1994, and was doing it as a hobby since 1981, so you might say I know some things about computers. Ive diagnosed many rigs over the years, but time and resources were scarce so looked for outside help. My research led me to Benjamin, and I am glad it did. Immediately approachable, he took in my rig and we began an intelligent discourse as to its many issues. Since my rig had a lot of problems, it took a few rounds - and at each interaction point his diligence and respect was pronounced and welcome. Computer now performs flawlessly. I dont look forward to computer issues, but at least I know when that inevitability arises, Benjamin can be relied upon. Good work, and thank you!
