This Biz only provides service for Macs now. Unfortunately it does not say that on their website. I wasted my time driving over there to have my pc serviced. Its my fault for not calling ahead first. I cant honestly rate them, because they have not provided a service for me. However, I really did not care for the energy that I was getting from the gentlemen at the front desk. I know he is an IT guy and Im not supposed warm fuzzies. Maybe he was having a rough day.I just know if I have a Mac problem I will not take my Mac to them.

What a gift to have this unassuming but absolutely spectacular mac & PC support store in our neighborhood - definitely worth it as a destination, too. I phoned in and explained my problem to Ryan who advised me how he could fix the problem and when to come in. Dakota Grecco handled my computer problem perfectly, efficiently and effectively. I will always call this Compu Tech in the future and recommend them!

Dont waste your time anywhere else! They charge the cheapest for diagnostics only $40 as to the other ones for $50. LaForest (the guy who helped me) was the coolest guy! He knows his stuff and hes so honest! i loved it!!! They didnt rip me off at all. They didnt try and sell me something I didnt need and he hooked me up with extras! Super best experience EVER! dont fear the 3rd parties! never again!

Perfect for a friendly place to take your Mac for a fix! They answer all your questions promptly and well. I recommend this place over the Apple Genius bar because theres zero hassle between you and getting your machine to them... plus theyre very prompt answering their phone (but if theyre not, they play great call-waiting music. Win win.)

Greatest Mac Repair place around and courteous service. As a computer engineer myself its great when I can use tech talk to the service rep and they know exactly what I am saying. Many times they have given me reat insight on products and how-tos where other shops keep that info to themselves.

I have been dealing with Computech for a couple of years now, and they are great. They have helped me set up my office networks, set up computers, and troubleshoot. They are great, knowledgable and honest. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for mac specialists!

2007 Imac wouldnt start. Brought it to Computech and they got it fixed in 3 days. Repaired the power supply and installed a new hard drive for less than the competition. Fast and friendly service. Ill return next time with no problems.
