I was having the absolute worst trouble with my computer. I had no idea what the problem was-- whether it was a virus, a Windows 10 issue, or a hardware problem from being shipped over to my new apartment. After struggling to find a solution on my own, I turned to PC Repair. Hamlet took my PC in and had a look at it and was able to find and fix the issue (a nasty virus I unknowingly downloaded) and even took the time to restore my PC to its most optimal settings. I didnt lose any files and he kindly kept me updated with the process before he went ahead to work on it. I am more than satisfied with his service and highly recommend him to anyone who is having PC issues.

The best way for me to review is to make it a bullet point: 1- Availability: answered the phone quickly and was ready to meet a few minutes later. 2-Speed of service and resolution: Absolutely amazing ! I got my sons laptop back the same day, all problems solved. 3-Price: not being an expert at issues to costs ratios, related to laptops I cannot say if it was little, normal or a lot. Overall, taking all these points into account, and given the fact that at least for now (a few days have passed) my son is still happy with having no more issues, Id say that the cost was well worth my sons happiness. 4- Final thought: I am very satisfied.

I really loved this place and their service!!! I am a college student and my Macbook is my life; everything that I do is on my computer and I couldnt afford to lose anything. I found PC Repair Glendale on Google and called them right away. I was very surprised at how fast he fixed the problem and returned my computer to me within two days. My Macbook crashed on me and I didnt have access to my files, and I was desperately in need for it to be fixed. They managed to recover all my data and replaced my hard disk with an SSD. And now my Macbook works even better than before. Thank you PC Repair Glendale!!!

My laptop had a broken hinge and possible damage to the inside of the computer. I called PC Repair and Hamlet said he could pick it up from my home to take a look at it. Not only did he repair this broken hinge, but he tuned up my computer to get rid of unnecessary items that were slowing down my laptop, also delivered it to me as well, the very next day!! I originally had taken it to Geek Squad, because I thought I had coverage for accidental damage. That is what I was told when I purchased it. Not true. Their advice was for me to purchase a brand new laptop. PC repair saved me $700!!!

I brought in a home-built computer that was having problems beyond my troubleshooting ability. The problem was quickly diagnosed and corrected with exceptional speed and professionalism. The computer was returned to me not only with the problem corrected, but thoroughly dusted and with internal wire management that was much better than what I could do myself. The price for all this was more than reasonable with absolutely no surprises. I would happily recommend PC Repair Glendale and wont hesitate to use them again, if needed.

I called him at 7pm last night (a Friday night) when the place where my laptops power cord plugs in had gotten bent and wasnt recognizing a charge anymore. He called me this morning (before the time he said he would) to let me know that a piece was broken and that he would try to fix it. He gave me the price during the phone call which was very reasonable. He called me 2 hours later and it was fixed. I told him Id definitely call him again if I had any problems, but I hope that wont be too soon!

Hamlet responded almost instantly when I filled out the form on his website. My mother needed help with her new laptop setup, and we were able to schedule an appointment that worked for when I would be visiting her. Hamlet was efficient, friendly, and patient. He was able to recover files within the first 10 minutes, and resolved all other issues in a timely manner. He has checked up on my mother numerous times since then, to make sure she isnt "stuck"! Called PC Repair and the guy that answered was actually really nice and helpful. My macbook air got in a small water pool an stooped working. I asked him for his advice about it and 8 days after the computer came back to life. For the first time in my life I felt someone not trying to make me pay for something I dont need... Save their number and will make sure to have them as my stop if ever, hopefully not. I need something in the future and recommend them to my friends and family.

I wish i could give 10 stars!!!! Hamlet was just over for a house call and man he God send or what? He took care of everything and sat down with my dad for an hour and explained him everything he needed to operate his pc in way not to have any problems again!!! Before PC Repair Glendale we tried two other tech guys who didnt have the slightest clue how to fix our problems. Hamlet was super friendly and very efficient. Cheers to you. He always goes the extra effort to determine how the computer will be as comprehensively up to date as possible as well as determining if all hardware is working properly. Hamlet is a really good dude. My Laptops hard drive crashed out of nowhere, and Hamlet was able to recover every piece of data from it, install a new hard drive and had it back to me in 24 hours!!! You dont find service like that anymore. He is incredible and very fair pricing, he doesnt take advantage of you. Honest, communicative and amazingly good at what he does. I will personally recommend him to my coworkers and relatives.

The hinge on my PC broke in the middle of finals. Hamlet was immediately able to take apart the pulverized hinge and get my PC in a stable conformation to work on while new parts were ordered. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop on repair updates via texts and calls. I would absolutely return if I ran into PC trouble again!
