I dont imagine I will return again. iMac hard drive failed. saw reviews and was told by store they do many Mac repairs. got comp back but was unable to do time machine restore. he put in a hard drive half the size as the original. took comp back, got original size drive, did restore, but during restore fan was screaming. after restore same. called store back. they said yea, Mac owners always complain about loud fans after hard drive replacement. if it bothers you too much just being it back and I will fix it. I tried to press on how but he was not forthcoming. I did not get a feeling of confidence from our last conversation. I then did research on my own and found out that my Mac hard drive comes with an internal sensor and should be replaced like for like. upon further research I found an external sensor on amazon and bought that for a easy fix instead. It took 15 min to add, and now the fan operation is normal. I dont know what would have happened had I tried the store again. perhaps they would have done the same, or added software, or done nothing. dont really know, and dont really care. I feel the first cust with issues should have generated an internal review, in the hopes of preventing a repeat of the issue, but I dont get the feeling the store shares the customers concerns in this regard.

Do not go here, not even if youre desperate. I went in with a cracked iPhone 5s screen, a pretty moderate crack at that, while they installed my new screen they broke my camera on accident. I had to go back into the shop 3x, once to work on the camera, once bc a stripe was down the right side of my phone which prevented me to type. Eventually I had enough and they offered a refund. I wasnt happy but I wouldnt have took the time out to write this review until the next part of my experience. One day later after the refund, after he reinstalled an old cracked screen to my phone my screen turn black and wouldnt work. I go to find out the problem and the guy tells me he cant do anything about it. I took it to one last repair place on 2700 and cherry and the guy could tell that it was a sloppy job and that they put the wrong screw in it punctured the motherboard. I ended up spender close to $600 for a new phone! Learn from my mistake go to 2700 and cherry

I got my i phone 6 screen replaced on short notice here while I was in town for the weekend. Ill just list what I didnt like about the transaction... 1. My phone battery goes down about 2-4x as fast as before I had the screen replaced. 2. My screen wont shut off when I am on a call so my cheek ends up hitting "end" or "mute" or "speaker". 3. There is a black dot at the top of the screen that looks like the result of a pressure crack or a factory blemish. 4. Most recently, the screen was flashing in and out after only a week of use. It is a real bummer of a situation because I live far away and cant just come in and get it changed again. They said they would change it because its got a 30 day warranty and thats cool but still doesnt help me because I live 4 hours away and was hoping it wouldve been done right the first time.

I have a high end gaming desktop that I purchased a few months back online with a gtx 780 graphics card which I used primarily for gaming and for my photoshop creations. One day I got a blue screen of death and wiped out my harddrive. Once I had that issue resolved with a fresh harddrive, my computer would not start and I did not have the time to figure out what was wrong with it. I took it to Computer Repair & Data Recovery along with my old harddrive and they were able to reinstall my old harddrive into my new harddrive and identify what issues were causing my computer to not boot up. They gave me a great quote and went ahead with them. A few days went by and I got my computer, its running as perfectly as it was before. I highly recommend them to anyone whos computer has issues or needs their data recovered. Thank you guys!

So I have a Apple Mac Pro and my laptop basically ate crap a couple days ago right when the warranty decides to end. Searched around for a shop to take to instead of apple to try to save some bucks, one of my friends referred me to these guys, a lil bit of a drive but turned out to be worth it Apple guys told me I had to replace my hard drive, which would cost me about $150, these guys took the computer for two days and got back to me telling me that they rebooted the hard drive and did some programming and that the hard drive was on the verge of failing. They charged me a fraction of the price that apple was trying to screw me for replacing it Thank you guys for saving me money and saving my computer

Great customer service, I drop my laptop, after that, it wouldnt turn on anymore. I took my notebook to Computer Repair @ 4740 E 7th st next to Starbucks, across Wilson high school & with the help of Alex & Gio my computer was fix in no time, they back-up all my personal data into a flash drive that I can take anywhere with me, they remove all the viruses my computer had. Now after they did data recovery on my Apple MacBook Pro, all my personal information is back on my laptop, my photos, videos & specially my music. The service was excellent, the price affordable & best of all, my notebook is working again. Thanks Alex & Gio!

I left for a business trip and my Mac Pro was working and when I returned it wasnt and my roommates had nothing to say on the matter. I took it to computer repair long beach after reading all the Yelp reviews and was not disappointed! they were professional, efficient, and effective.
