I went today to try and get 10% off an order that I was supposed to get but never did. One of the managers, Tawny-- was the one that was asked to take care of my situation and she was rude, mean, and unprofessional. She kept asking me why I was asking for the 10% after so long and I said-- because I just noticed on my bill and Im entitled to claim what was rightfully mine whenever I can.... She stood by the register for like 20 minutes acting like she had a huge stick up her you know what... The transaction was an easy one, but her attitude just made it hard. She was so unpleasant-- and I have a good feeling that she just prolonged the transaction as long as she could to see if Id just say, "you know what, forget it". But I didnt!! When she saw that I stayed there, and kept answering her questions with no attitude (she asked me for my phone number like 10 times) she finally gave up and gave me my 10%. The store is always out of stock. They always just have the floor samples lingering around but they never have the item. Before I bought my laptop, I must have asked for 4 other ones and each time the sales rep was like, "I think were out of this one... I think were out of that one too"... I took my sister to the after Christmas sales to get an iPod that they had on sale for $50, and guess what? Yup, out too!! Do yourself a favor and hit another Best Buy with better reviews and stocked shelfs!!.. I live just around the corner from this one, but today was the last time I go there!

Too bad I cant give NEGATIVE stars for this store. The Geek Squad in particular is an arrogant bunch that seem to like to talk back to customers (they try to make you feel inferior!). The rest of the store is filled with 8/hr kids who dont give a damn about their job and are waiting to finish the day (even when I worked here a few years ago it was just as bad, my coworkers were arrogant/lazy). Look for another place to go!

I recently visited this store to look at some LED TVs and the guy in black shirts (I assume managers) explained nicely the differences and goods and bads are. I felt better about purchasing the TV. I think I will buy the TV from there.

They were amazing well the two people that helped me. Stayed for two hours after closing till my transfer of my numbers and connection for my phone was up and running amazing people

This happens to be the wrost store out of all of them for Customer Service..The kids that work ther have no clue when it comes to the meaning of "rescept your elders.

I called them and i was on hole for 10 minutes before they could "transfer" me these guys have no consideration for the people on the phone.
