So I built a new PC and after about 2 weeks of use it decided to give me one of those terrifying blue screens and after restart i lost the ability to connect to any Wi-fi networks. Windows wasnt recogninzing the drivers no matter what i even deleted windows and re-installed fresh with the same problem. I realized id probably need to take it to get checked out somewhere..... The first place i chose to try was not too far from ZAP, i liked the employees there and decided to give them a shot. I told them that all i needed was my wi-fi to work. simple enough right? They told me itd be fixed by the next day. So about 6 days and about 10 trips back and forth later they were trying desparately to fix this mysterious issue. they told me it was fixed and upon taking it home the same problem was there. I would take it back and then They gave up on me and said they couldnt fix it and they couldnt understand why. I was given a refund along with utter hopelessness. I was starting to give up. I figured if a professional business cant figure this out where should i go now? I drove to frys on instinct but wasnt comfortable once i talked to the employees there in the service dept. Not only that, but at Frys it takes days and the prices were iffy Thats when i decided to actually do some research on google to find the best Computer shop near whittier and ZAP was the highest rated one so i hit them up. Julio answered the phone and told me to come on in and that hed be glad to check it out right away. I walked in and met Julio, he was a real cool guy, willing to help around your needs. Hes also very thorough on what he wants to do and what to expect as far as price, as im sure it varies on the issue. So sure enough i told him the whole situation about a previous shop not being able to fix it and he told me he could actually have it fixed within a few hours! this was before he even tried to do anything yet! He also offered me some cool programs to have which was a cool bonus :-D Because of all these options together i decided to go for it. Sure enough only a few hours later he called me and told me that my PC was fixed and ready. When i went back in to the shop he actually had my PC Running on a monitor and showed me that the wifi worked and everything which is a great thing to do. Unfortunately when i got home my PC once again decided to glitch out and not connect to the internet. I called julio up he said not to worry and that he could have a technician come to my house the following morning to fix this thing once and for all in my own house. Later that night on his own personal time he actually called me back and suggested i try some alternate options within my ISP and sure enough he was right and my computer finally got back on Wi-fi!!!!!!. This guy really cared about making sure your money is well spent and he put my problem as a priority. I told him i was gona write a very good review for his business because i think ZAP deserves it! thanks again julio

I walked in to Zap computers on Washington and Sorenson and had no idea what to expect. My laptop had been stolen the week before out of the trunk of my car and I had just got another one off of Craigs List and it was not up to par. I was very distraught and very sad that I even had to go through this dilemma. Julio is the ultimate in customer service and put my mind at ease IMMEDIATELY! Not only did he have empathy and compassion for what happened he didnt try and take advantage of the fact that I was desperate to have my life back on track and have this computer ready for college in a short amount of time (I do all my classes online). He was honest and fair and generous and I so appreciated that! I would recommend Julio and his crew over any computer service anywhere. I may not have my extended warranty anymore with Best Buy(Julio beat them by miles in turnaround time anyway0, but I dont worry now when I have Julio and Zap Computers to go to! Thank you so Much for all your help and your understanding! They are fast (oh so fast) and efficient, knowledgeable and professional but still like you have a good neighbor! Support his business in our community! I will also be recommending him to all my class mates and distributing his cards to the students at Long Beach City College! He deserves a standing ovation!!! I defiantly am flapping my arms like wings because they truly are Angels I recommend him highly!! Billie Taylor

Ok so I beasically messed up my computer friday. Tryed to to a system restore beacuse my computer was giving me a blue screen crash every other day, then it turned to every day. after i did the system restores while saving my files it gave me an error and just kept doing an endless loop stating setup is preparing services. I called Zap computer repair and they quoted my a a price to do a whole complete system restore seeing my laptop wouldnt even load windows anymore. seeing finals were comming next week i send my laptop at around 4 pm friday afternoon. Julio, who was very proffesional gave me the rundown of what he was going to do and promised me he would have it around 4 the very next day.I really needed my laptop fixed and seeing it was the next day i couldnt resist. now my laptop is fix, i can upload my essay from my thumbdrive and bam. thanks Julio for that fast and speedy fix. you were a real life saver. And for jerry, its sad when you personally go after the person instead of the bussiness and not give a single example of what you needed done. sounds to me like jerry is Bsing. anyways am glad i took it in for reals if not i still would have been stressing if it was going to work and i dont need that extra stress added when its finals week.. now it runs like new. I am a long time customer of Zap Computer repair and I must say they are the most Honest, Reasonable people that I can trust to repair my pc and laptops. Throughout the years I must say that I have nothing but great compliments that I can say about Zap Computer Repair and specially Julio the most Honest Professional Person in the Computer Reapir Industry. Now a days you have to be very careful where you take your computers or lap tops to get fixed. Some computer repair shops will and do take advantage of people specially women just like the car mechanic shops.
