A+++ Service! I knew that I needed to get a computer/printer set up, but the whole idea of it just overwhelmed me. The folks at ABS Computer Services made the whole thing as easy as buying a box of cereal! They assessed my needs, recommended some options within my budget and then set me up with a great laptop and printer. The best part was, was that they installed all the programs I needed (some were even for free!), set up my internet connection, and even the computer itself at my home. All I had to do was turn it on. Its been almost 2 years now, and I have had almost no problems with it, either. This would have never have been the case if I bought it on my own from Frys, Staples or one of those places. ABS made it so easy for me! I would recommend them 100%!

My computer was giving me a black screen and flashing lights when I turned it on. Turned out the repair only required taking out the battery and holding the power button down, so it was a bit pricey for the diagnostic fee of $50. On the other hand, it could have been a number of other problems, so Im glad it wasnt worse. I got a call back about an hour after I left my computer there and was able to pick it up the same day. Reliable, knowledgeable and efficient---I would go back again.

Okay, so, I am the opposite of a tech geek. I mean, I am completely dependent upon my ABS Computer Services, but dont ask me what to do when a computer behaves badly. Slamming the door and crying had no effect.Now I know exactly what to do. Bring it to these guys. We have a small biz and, thank goodness, thanks to these guys, we have an IT department:) Full disclaimer-we bring our stuff to them, they have never come to us, but, its a tower or a laptop, its manageable.
