I cracked my laptop screen and took it to this place on a Thursday because they were estimating $100 cheaper than geek squad but otherwise my laptop was in perfect working order. Ismael told me he would give me a call in a couple days, I never got the call. I called him Monday and he told me they werent finished yet and for some reason he told me they had to remove my motherboard. I wondered why but then he said it should be ready by Wednesday. I picked my laptop up Thursday at a rate $20 higher than he originally quoted, because according to him it was a higher quality screen. On the surface it appeared he did a great job, until I actually started using the computer. All of a sudden my otherwise fine laptop is now running very slow. It takes the computer 5 minutes to boot up now, whereas before it was immediate. Google Chrome used to open immediately now it takes a couple minutes and runs very sluggish. The icing on the cake was the sudden blue screen error and reboot which has never happened before. I looked in the error logs and saw that the same thing happened a few days prior while he had the laptop. I take it back to Ismael and explain my issue because my computer was fine before I gave it to him. Ive already given him $140 for the screen and the first thing he says is that it will be $69 just to run the diagnostic. I tell him thats not satisfactory because my laptop was fine before I brought it to you, in addition to the fact that for some reason you removed my motherboard. Now he is denying that he ever said that and says he did not remove the motherboard. We go back and forth because he stresses that he gave me a great deal on the screen and the best he can do is to take 50% off the diagnostic fee. I tell him thats not ok and that he should inspect the laptop at no charge because these issues have only started since he worked on it. He tried to blame me saying I dropped the laptop at some point which I never have, he basically said everything he could to deflect blame. I had no recourse because Im not a lawyer and even though I wanted to punch him, I cant do that. So I told him to take the screen back and refund my money, he refused. So now I have an improperly working laptop and Im $140 poorer. To top it off, a man walked in as my wife and I were about to leave and he had complaints about work done on his ipad to which Ismael tried to deflect blame again and told the man he dropped it. Dont do business with this scumbag. Hes the type that thinks because he has some expertise he can manipulate and rob people. Bad customer service, bad business ethics, if I could give him a zero I would. I will also be leaving reviews on Yelp and wherever else I can in relation to this guy. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Bellflower Chamber of Commerce because this guy and scumbags like him who think they can get over on people are bad for the community.

WOW AMAZING SERVICE . Took my broken iphone without no home botton to be honest i didnt have any hope for my iphone 6s it was in very bad conditions IT WAS very damaged .. Do not go here! I was fooled by the good reviews found on Google. I asked him to renew the Windows on my laptop. He promised it will take 2 hours and will cost $20-30. Then when my mom showed up he lied that he had no idea who was on the phone and it actually cost $40. For a week he kept making excuses and try to throw in some deals. Then when he finally "fixed" my laptop, he said that he upgraded it and it should be worth $95. My mom refused and took back the laptop. When I check it turns out he downgraded and formatted it. He changed my Microsoft Office 2016 to 2007. He also turned my Windows 10 Pro to Home. He is a constant liar who tries to milk out more money than he is supposed to. I had to bug him for a week just to get anything done. Im pretty sure anyone who think he is good is pretty much a paid reviewer.

Really saved me, I cracked the screen on my laptop...called around other places they either had long wait times because they didnt have the screen in stock, or their prices were near what a new laptop would cost anyway. I took it my laptop to Computer Network Zone to have them replace my laptop screen and he was able to take care of it in a timely fashion and called me as soon as it was complete. I was so pleased I am going to bring my sons iphone to replace the screen as well on it.

Last month I was vacationing in Ca from Tx and my laptop died. I took it to one shop in L.A. and they told me that it was unrepairable. The next day I was driving and saw this place, I decided to stop in and get a second opinion. Within a few minutes, they discovered that it was just my charger. They had my laptop up and running within minutes, and only charged me $39.00! These guys are very knowledgeable and honest. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My MacBook Pro adapter was not working and would not charge my notebook. Ismail tested it out and found a charging adapter that worked properly. Even though it was not a new cord, he gave me a great deal on the adapter. Whenever I visited his business for service, he has always fixed my computer needs and gave me the best price possible. Amin is at the top of his game once he over to my house took one look at my computer screen and told me what was wrong, He asked me if I had a backup of my data, which I did and he worked out how to fix the issue, Amin was Honest about the cost and the results were to my satisfaction... if we have more businesses like computer zone this world would be a much better place.
