Oustanding customer service and Service!!! This place was amazing from start to finish, their customer service along with their prices were awesome. I lucked out finding this place as I am new to the area. They got my car in the same day and called me with the estimate. They searched for the parts to get me the cheapest prices and even went above and beyond to search for parts for the inside of my old car that I needed! I cannot say enough good things about this shop-I would recommend it to anyone that does not want to get ripped off!! Very honest and up front about the cost of everything they do before they do it. I am very happy with the quality and the price of the repairs they did on my vehicle and I will be taking all of my vehicles back for any further repairs I need done!! #1 choice for a mechanic is right here!

Amazing work! if you want more bang for your buck this is definitely the place to go! I know there are a lot of automotive repair shops in anaheim and surrounding areas, but nothing beats this places prices. I had my water pump done at Pep boys down the street and I spent way to much, completely regret it. a1 automotive told me everything that was wrong and were completely honest about how much it was going to cost in parts and everything. Most places beat around the bush and dont tell you till the end when they added a bunch of things to your order. I cant say it enough how much I recommend this place. Free inspection, everything. Cant wait to finish off my oldschool lexus here!

I got referred to A1 by Americas Tire Company for some alignment work. The special was great ($42.00) but they try to take you for a ride by tacking on things you honestly dont need or shouldnt pay that much for. I was told I needed a camber kit to correct some toe misalignment (an $85.00 estimate for a pack of 2) and that my wheel bearings needed to be repacked (a $90.00) estimate. So the grand estimate total came out to $388.88! I go to another service place and even buy the camber kit and am told they dont need it to correct the alignment problem. A1s staff was polite but I was not happy with the service here.

you should be carefull with this people special the one called jake , i brought my car to him there was a hole in the battary he never told me that and had me tow my car to him twice and each time he charged me for things that wasnt needed and at the end he gave me the car without even changing the battary. when i brought specialist he wrote me a report after testing the battary that the battary had a hole and was leaking acid. i am not sure how those guys accept to cheat people and feed their family this way!!!!!!! they will be sued

Went here with my girl friend for an oil change and they came back with a list of things that needed to be replaced on her car that totaled just about $1400. Only came here because it was the place that could take us last minute before a trip. Normally we take the car to the dealership and before this place they said the car was fine. Even went back to the dealership and they said nothing was wrong with the car. Wont be coming back here even for an oil change.

My husband took my car in for an alignment and tire rotation. He was very impressed by how knowledgeable the mechanics were and how fast and efficient they were, not to mention very friendly! Very reasonable prices! My husband was so impressed, that he took his 1928 Ford Roadster in to have the brakes flushed and bled. My husband doesnt let anybody work on his Roadster. I highly recommend this shop to everyone!

I really trust these guys with my car. Weve been there three times for separate car issues and we appreciate their care and attention to detail. They try their best to give you the best price they can.They even gave us a really nice car wash each time,vacuumed the carpet, and waxed our tires? So nice! I highly recommend Nelson and the gang. Plus theres always free coffee and a really nice waiting area.

A1 Auto was a lifesaver. My wife and I came from out of town to go to Disneyland and something almost knocked our bumper off our car. I called A1 first thing in the morning, I was in and out in under 20 minutes, and barely charged me a thing. Spencer was so great to work with and so helpful in explaining to me what he found and how he fixed it. I was would recommend them to anyone! AMAZING!

Went there this morning at 7:15 when they open at 7:00. I told the guy that I wanted to get an alignment done and he told me that he couldnt because he was booked when the shop was empty .. I drove 10 freaking miles just to come to this place because I got a coupon from americas tires ... save your time go else where

This place is great! They made sure they did everything the right way and were very fast. They wont charge you for things that arent necessary and they will let you know if you can hold off on a repair or if you need it right away. Excellent customer service.
