P.S Im too lazy to rewrite my review so here is copy version of from my review on Yelp :) "I was searching for a place to get my power steering pump replaced and I found Luis through another site but after googling their phone number I found their Yelp page. I have been getting more active on Yelp nowadays, I just like reading other peoples review before taking my chances with any new businesses and I would not hesitate give my honest opinion. I can honestly say that Luis is a great guy and I like his work style. He inspected the vehicle to ensure that the problem really is the power steering pump. He then proceeded to explain a few things to me before he started with the repair. I wish there are more mechanics like him. I like family-owned and operated businesses, they tend to value customer service more and you always get the attention you deserved there. Luis is ASE Certified and he certainly seems to be more knowledgeable than other ASE certified mechanics that I took my car to before. Plus, Express Tires is part of the Tech-Net professional auto service so most of the repair comes with a worry free warranty which is wonderful if you are travelling long distance from home and need assistance with your car. This reminds me of the extra warranty dealers always offer when you purchase one of their vehicles but this comes free with your repair service here at Express Tires. Luis did pointed out a few more maintenance services that I need to get done but he wasnt pushy about it which also impressed me. It feels like this is your neighborhood mechanic guy that you can trust to get an honest opinion on your car problem rather than a greedy business that is out to empty your pocket (only big dealers are allowed to be greedy because at least you will get the worry-free satisfaction guarantee) If you are not a big dealer and try to charge me the same price, you are off my visit list :) I have tried a few mechanics since I moved to L.A last year but they all disappointed me one way or another. The biggest thing I disliked about them is they didnt explain the problems to me, they just told me what the problems were and gave me a ridiculous price for it. Perhaps, since Im a woman and they probably thought there is no way I could understand those complicated mechanic terms anyway so why bother :D But guess what, surprised! this is the information age, you can get any answer online and I always do my research well so I do have some car knowledge. It did took a little long to get the repair finished but I didnt mind as long as the problem is fixed the right way. Im not a perfectionist myself but I love them, especially when my mechanic is one! Dont forget to call beforehand to make an appointment. If you have a friend to pick you up, that is great but if you have lazy friends that sleep all Saturday like mine (lol) then there are plenty of places within walking distance from the shop,plus you can get a good work-out for free. In conclusion, I definitely recommend Express Tires to anyone that are in search for a long-term friendly and reliable mechanic for all your car problems. Everybody at Express Tires are great and Luis will get your problems fixed the right way."

My boyfriend found Express Auto Service in the penny saver. We took my car in thinking my back brakes needed to get replaced. When we got to the shop we were greeted by Luis wife who then introduced us to Luis. We explained to them how skeptical we were of trying a new place since we had bad experiences with other mechanics and they reassured us that, they were honest and fair people. I will have to agree with that statement. Luis came back and told me that my back brakes were as good as new and just needed cleaning. He did however; find some leaks and missing bolts and pieces. I knew I had to get some work done and had been putting it off because of my past experiences, but the fact that Luis was able to show us and explain what was wrong, what needed to be fixed and why. He gave us a breakdown of the cost of the repair and that made me feel at ease. I have to say, thank you to Luis and his wife. My car is practically new! Luis saved my car! It runs great and now I don’t have to worry about it breaking down. Our experience was wonderful! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I know and look forward to seeing you in the future for my car needs!

I wish I could give a better rating. Based on the other ratings here, I contacted this shop to set up a Saturday appointment to check my brakes. They encouraged me to go earlier rather than later, because it could get busy. I booked for 9 a.m. and when it was that day, I showed up around 8:50. They werent in yet, so no problem, I got donuts. Back at 9:00 sharp, the gates still werent open. I waited for about 20 minutes, by which time another person was waiting in their vehicle behind me, calling the company, I assume, as I had already done as well. At that point, I called another company and went there. Maybe there was some emergency that came up or something, but for now, I cant say I had a good experience, as all I saw of the company was its gate outside.

I simply brought my car in for a tire patch and when I mentioned to the owner I was driving to Washington soon he took it upon himself to check all my fluids and found a minor problem that he fixed in no time!! Thank the Lord for this company, without their wonderful service I might have been stuck on the road somewhere!! If I were staying in Azusa this would be the place I would trust with my car as long as I own a car!! And they threw in the tire patch for me, such wonderful trustworthy people!!!

I have know Luis since 2000 when he first started his shop in Arrow Hwy, I moved and when I came back He had moved, I was so glad to find him again he is so good and honest, I have always taken my car and my families cars to him. I can tell you that even after all these years he always shows me the parts he replaces and explains why things need to be replaced or why they went bad. I definetly refer him to anyone I know

I was visiting the area from out of town. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, & tires balanced. I checked google maps for reputable mechanics near by. The ratings & reviews lead me to Express Tire & Auto. From the minute I called... I knew I had the right place. Great service, great price, and they worked hard to get me back on the road in a timely manner. I would definitely have my car serviced here again.

I cant over state how impressed I am with Luis and Express Tire and Auto Service. We are from Oregon and my daughter goes to school in Azusa. She had some issues with her carl. Luis was very honest and took such good care of her. Luis I cant thank you enough. It is so comforting to know there is a mechanic that I can trust to take car of my daughters car while she is at college. THANK YOU!!
