I was originally going to say how good the repairs and how this shop went above and beyond and my insurance company A.A.A said they come highly recommended me but I am now posting this to help out all cheapos who don't want a perfect job.I disagree the previous posts because if people would listen as to why they quote for removal of items such as mud flaps and glass they would realize that this is NOT a Earl Scheibe or Maico cheap job where they paint over items and a you get what you pay for job! I dont know about you, but I take pride in my car looking like it was NEVER in a accident so all you cheapos Maico screwed up my car before when I was being cheap too, hard lesson to learn when you have to pay again to have it done right! This place does excellent work and you would know that because Chip Foose and Overhaulin tv show did about 8 cars there just watch it on tv for youself.. cheapos

I took my car in to get minor repairs on it and theyve had it for two weeks now and saying its going to take another week. They said its because they couldnt get the part in which is understandable, but theyve been emailing me all week saying its gonna be done on time. If they couldnt get the part in just tell me, not hours before Im supposed to pick it up, now its caused an even bigger inconvenience for me not having a car. I shouldve taken it to professionals and not some recommended place from esurance. Who knows if itll actually be ready next week.

This place was quick and efficient. Like most people we check out reviews before going to a place and I happened to do that this time my self. First review I saw was a positive one and they even named Vanessa as giving excellent service. I had the pleasure of being helped by this same individual who was very sincere and helpfully with my service. I was in out. So ask for her if yourre ever in a situation requiring you to be in need of this facilities assistance.

Someone backed their car up into my driver side door. I bought it in for an estimate and specifically told the guy to give me an estimate on the damage only. He agreed and continued with the estimate. I got the estimate back for over 1500 dollars. i looked over the estimate and noticed that he wanted to replace the driver mirror, repaint the front and side bumpers, replace the mud flaps...etc. lots more stuff i did not need.

They fixed my truck. They explained with great detail what was happening and helped me deal with the insurance company of the guy who rear ended my truck. A few weeks later i found some problems with the gas gauge, called them back and they took back my truck and fixed the problem at no charge to me. Very professional service.

If I can give more ratings I would. The team when above and beyond. My car looks like it was never in an accident! The team was very very friendly and my car was done before the actual due date! I would totally recommend this to anyone who wants to get a repair done on their car.

Over an hour to find the claim number after an appointment was made in advance. Lost or could never locate previous repair estimates. Poor communication.. If youre not a dealer (who clearly takes precedence), apparently this isnt the place for regular customers.
