I would HIGHLY recommend Fountain Valley Body Works Express location for auto body repairs. Its never a happy occasion to have to get body repairs done on your car but I can say this body shop made it as simple and streamlined as possible. I was rear ended on the freeway, told my insurance I wanted to use this body shop, dropped my car off here, and they did the rest. They worked with my insurance and handled everything from A-Z, including explaining the process to me and giving me timelines. Oscar was SUPER helpful and friendly keeping me apprised and I really appreciated his professionalism. My husband ultimately picked up my car and raved about the quality of work and all the little extra things they did to spruce up my car. When I dropped my car it was borderline totaled, looked terrible, when I got it back, my 2008 car looked brand new, even better then it has looked in years, they even detailed it and made some repairs in the cabin area that were totally unexpected! I have been on the fence about turning in my car and getting something new, but since its visit to fountain valley body works it looks so great I am definitely keeping it!

I was very pleased with the customer service and repairs from Fountain Valley Body Works Express. I was rear ended in my 2011 Hyndai Elantra and State Farms Insurance recommended that I take my car there. The estimator was extremely helpful and told me about their $350 bumper special. They were able to fix the bumper quickly and the paint job was spot on! I really couldnt tell at all that damage had been done to my car when I picked it up. The workers were friendly, professional, and proactive about fixing my car on time (I didnt have to call to ask if my car was done yet, like Ive had to do at other body shops in the past). I highly recommend FVBW Express and Ill definitely take a car back there if I need to (fingers crossed for no more fender benders!).

I am having my car fix here, after they initially told my wife it would take five days and they had pre ordered parts and received them. After having my car for two days they call and told me that they had received the wrong parts and that now I would be receiving my car after an additional two days. I found that to be very unprofessional since they initially confirmed they had all the right parts. So now I have to wait 7 days instead of five to receive my car, which was very inconvenient since I am renting a car out of my pocket. I will be receiving my car today, lets hope no more unexpected surprises arise from this body shop.

I had my car repaired here through State Farm. Rental cars were available and the quality is good. I saw a banner for a $350 bumper repair so i also did my front bumper. I have a lexus es350. Quick and the quality is good. Pretty amazing they fixed my bumper perfectly for $350. I had gotten quotes for $900.00

Great experience. Finally a bodyshop that gives a fair and honest quote - and then follows through in a timely fashion. I think we all know how rare that is these days. Thank you Fountain Valley Bodyworks - hopefully I never have another accident but if I do then I will head to back to the only place I trust.
