I went to this place since I live right in front of it. I went to order a fender liner for my car. I ordered this on monday and was told the part will arrive same day and it was going to get installed same day as well, i went ahead and paid all of it off so that I could just take the car in and be done. Later that day I got a called that the part will not make it but that for sure it will be there tuesday I said it was okay. Next day again i called (they dont bother to call you) and I was told the part was going to be there wednesday, now its wednesday and the part wont arrive until thursday. I called to get my money back and the guy that answered gets mad and starts yelling to get my money back and that its not their fault. I tried telling him I understand that this isnt their fault but he just keeps on yapping. He wants me to understand them but he cant shut up and let me talk. I work from 7:00am to 7:00 pm. They close at 7 i believe so i dont have time to go, I left the car at home so that my dad can take it and I cant keep on doing that. I PAID THE AMOUNT TOLD so there isnt a reason for the guy yelling to get mad. This is how they want peoples business? I was about to leave it there but now I will get my money ASAP. I found the part waaaaay cheaper my self and I rather install it on saturday than to let this place do it for me. Will never come back here again.

Best, Honest & ON TIME!!! and it has been 15 years that my family & I been using their services. & the owner, Mr. Minh, is THE MAN. Most humble, knowledgeable, expert & respectful Mechanic you can find in Town; maybe even Orange County, maybe California. Trustable mechanic is something Money cant buy!!! p.s. did I mentioned their work is perfect (better than dealer with Dealers parts) & way more cheaper.
