To get an 3 star (averege rating), a collision repair shop should at least be able to return a vehicle that had less than $2k worth of damage back to the condition it was in prior to the accident. Not too unreasonable - right? That didnt happen for me and the service advisor that was assigned to me had more excuses as to why it wasnt repaired correctly than he did a desire to get it done right. We had been here before but I dont think I can recommend their services again. To get a 4 or 5 star, the primary contact should have a desire to superceded expectations - not do just what it takes to just get that insurance money. At least that is the impression i got. Theres more that I can write but it is sufficient to say that I would look for a different place before going back there. Such a simple job and I am not happy. I cant imagine giving them anything where there was a lot of damage. Who knows what other excuses they will offer.

Horrible service!!! My car was there for 1 month to be repainted on certain areas and when I picked it up it had a big dent where it was painted supposively the painter didnt see it but it was so big you could see it from all angles,this dent was on the door. And the car was supposively on "QUALITY CONTROL" for 1 week lol,my bumper wasnt place back together how it should soppuse to be, scratches on the paint and now that I washed it it has some excessive clear coat on my door!! Oh and also my car had a dent on my trunk and I told the manager to fix it and he refused to do it, he said no because it was a rock ship and said that my car had 12k miles already in other words he kind said my car wasnt new anymore and that basically it was my fault for having those miles , are you serious
