I went to this hair salon having a coupon, but not telling them I had one so they do a good job. But instead, I get this crappy job and it was crooked, so I told them to make it straight, but not much helped. My hair was already brushed with no knots, but it was dirty so I had them wash it. That was a mistake because my whole back was wet. Then when she brushed my hair, she was talking to my sisters hair stylists and she burned my hair a little with the blow dryer and then the Brush kept pulling my hair. I almost cried and screamed since it hurt so much. Once I was done, they gave me the check and I told them my problems with what this lady did and I couldno pay since she messed it up. I went to the 99cent store and they had the same exact brush that great clips used on me. I couldnt believe my eyes. I dont recommend this salon for anyone of any age.

I went there for a hair cut. A dull welcome to great clips-no smile. I was told that it would be about 45 minutes because they had online checkins. I said okay, but while I was there waiting, both workers finished up. One took a quick break. The other lady decided to sweep up the other ladies area while she was gone. When she returned, she took the next person. I waited and expected to be taken next, but the first lady kept dragging her feet and lo and behold, another on line person showed up. I left. I have been getting my monthly hair cut here for over a year now, but I feel that a grumpy hair dresser will not help increase your clientele. You have been setting up signs for $9.99 haircuts, but a grumpy hair dresser will only shew people like me away. I was prepared to pay the $15.00 plus a tip. Her loss. Harry Miller

Cant believe they let newbie hairstylist cut peoples hair without a guidance from a professional. One of the woman who cut my hair doesnt even know how to do simple high fade. I was just shocked when I saw my hair looking like the the hair from the guy in dumb and dumber. Didnt want to be mean, but I just cant believe I wasted my money and time and left with a messy hair. The other chick working there with more experience helped fix the hair but the hair it still looking shady. Will never reccomend this place. Go find a decent barber shop somewhere else where you might pay a bit more but no headache and leaving fresh and happy.

Everyone here was friendly enough, but the guy who cut my hair simply didnt listen. I get a fairly simple haircut, my only issue is that it looks AWFUL if its cut too short, and I even told him what areas to avoid taking too short. Instead of listening to my recommendation of only taking a half inch and evening me out (I really just needed a trim), he busted out the clippers and shaved my sides and back almost down to the bone. Its a good thing I look decent in hats, because there is no way I am going into public with this haircut.

They screwed my hair up royally! Do not go here for a new style. They may be ok for a trim but not for a full on new style. I went in with pictures of what I wanted and it did not come out even close to what I asked for. I had to go back and have them cut it again and I left there butchered. I just ordered me a wig to wear for the next six months until my hair grows out again. Learned my lesson, from now on I will only go to someone that has at least ten years experience and pay full price.

Been going to Carm*n. She was great and it took awhile to find her, Found out she no longer works there. This has happened to me 4 times since I have used GC. Great clips must not treat their employees very well with this kind of turnover. Had some bad cuts at other store in Paso and was Leary to go back until i found C. Im done with both stores and will find a new salon. This kinda of turnover does not look well to your customers GC....

Another haircut down the drain at Great Clips. Glad I bought a new hat last week to cover up this mess I just had delivered to my scalp. I recommend finding a stylist and sticking with her because going in and just getting whoever you get youre going to wind up with a messed up haircut

Go here and get a Haircut by Jen...and feel suuuuper satisfied!! thats definitely how I felt after she cut my hair, cut and sheared to perfection <3 I will be going back and I would recommend Jen to my friends and others alike.

Ive had a good experience here. Although I kept things pretty simple. I had a male barber give me a "fade" at the time. He did a great job.
