I walked in on a Wednesday and asked if there was any openings any day of the week at 6:30 or 7:00. The girl that helped me let me know that there wasnt any at those times, however she could get me in at 7:30 the next day. I was fine with that, so I had her book the appointment and confirmed that it was at 7:30 PM with Ashley. I wrote it down as she told me. I walk in the next day at 7:15, early for my appointment or so I thought. There was no customers in the salon, all the hairdressers were gathered in the back chatting and on their phones. One came up to assist me, and I informed her that I was there for an appointment with Ashley at 7:30. She said "Im Ashley, but I dont have any appointments" She then checked the schedule and said "Oh well you should have been here at 7:00. I dont take appointments after 7:00." After she told me she couldnt help me, she just said "Sorry" and made no attempt to help me reschedule with herself or anyone else...she just went back and continued socializing... Her apathetic and unhelpful attitude was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

This salon is the worst. It doesnt even deserve a 1 star. The first time I went in for a haircut. I asked the girl (tall, a bit chubby) to cut it shoulder length with layers. I ended up walking out looking like Dora the Explorer. The second time my hair was little brassy so I needed a color correction. I showed the lady (an older lady) a picture of the hair I wanted, but again I ended up walking out disappointed. Not only do they mess up your hair, they overcharge you. You better off saving your money and going elsewhere.

The worst experience I ever had. My "stylist" seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. Basically charged me $35 bucks for her to trim my sides. I felt her lack of confidence in handling clippers and the whole service seemed totally amateur. I felt afraid the entire time sitting in that chair, hoping she wouldnt completely destroy my hair.

1st time there a girl Stephanie did my hair she did a good job love the color BUT I think it was a bit over priced to die hair solid color $73 bucks and $40 bucks for a hair cut is to much and the other girls there didnt even greet, give eye contact or smile customer service kinda sucked. 3 starts only for Stephanie service.

I started going to this hair salon when I lived in Fresno years ago. I am now in Los Angeles and still go to Bobby. The long hour drive is worth the cut and hair color anytime!
