I had a bad experience, my hair was styled by an individual who just cared about the money and not about how I really wanted my hair to be done. Charged me $40 for super simple curls done with iron curler and bunch of hair spray. Oh the worst part was that for this price I didnt even get a hair wash or blow dry. Whenever Ive been anywhere else Ive gotten the best customer attention ever. But I guess I ran out of luck this time. This individual was in a hurry to be done with me and I accidentally tip her $ 6 because I felt pressure to sign off quickly in the tablet. I really felt like I overpaid for the a service my husband or any kid or myself could of done for me. Be sure to check if your beautician is really there to enjoy working with you and your hair and not just trying to know about your personal life killing a couple of minutes just to charge you an awful amount of money for the simplicity you can do yourself at home. Its suppose to be a professional who does your hair. We are not just a number in a clock. Therefore our moneys gotta be worth the service. I regret having my hair done with that person at that salon.

I followed Katie over a few years ago from another studio because she does amazing things with my fine, wimpy hair. Hannah is equally amazing, and I had the pleasure of getting my hair done with her when Katie was on maternity leave. Jenny at the front desk is super accommodating with appointments and confirmations and will even notify me of a cancellation short notice when Im desperate to get in. She even entertained my toddler a time or two when I was having a hair emergency. The place is spic and span, they offer you drinks, and its a great little spot. Love these girls!!

Lauren was very friendly and listened to my hair needs. However, she did not quite deliver. I felt that she spent more time styling, than accurately cutting my hair. When I got home, I realized my suspicions were accurate, the left and right sides of my hair are not even in length and she thinned the right side of my head much more than the left. I wont be going back.

Great salon. Hannah is my stylist and she always does a wonderful job. Their washing sinks are super modern and comfortable. No more awful neck wrenching when getting your hair washed.
