This spa is a must! It is simply amazing and totally worth every single cent. It is also the perfect gift idea, I have purchased several gift certificates. I have been to this spa about 4 or 5 times now, for different treatments over the past year and a half or so. I have had a pedicure, several massages, and several facial treatments. My only wish is that the deep tissue massage has a little more pressure. Im sure she would have pressed harder if I had asked, but of course I didnt ask :) The overall feel and look is very nice and everything is clean. Yes it is pricey, but you HAVE to show up several hours before your scheduled appointment and take advantage of all the spa amenities. Last time on my day off I showed up like three or four hours ahead of time and tried a little bit of everything they had to offer and I had the best time! I was there on a weekday so it seemed like at any given moment I had the whole facility to myself, and only occasionally I would see other guests walking by. I have also gone on a very busy weekend - street vibrations- and it was much more busy, but still enjoyable. I do prefer going on a weekday though, its just quieter and more relaxing). Each guest has their own slippers, robe, and locker..... towels are available throughout the facility, and an elevator is used to get from floor to floor. The womans private area is my favorite I think.... hot and cool pools, cascading showers, sauna, steam rooms, vanity area, healthy snacks and drinks..... perfect! I thought it was nice how even though I was laying and relaxing right next to the hot tub there was not an ounce of chlorine smell in the air.... just a nice eucalyptus scent. It is a totally relaxing ambiance with Tuscan inspired art and relaxing music. They offer iced towels throughout the facility. Then they have the mens and womens pool area with the secret garden (comfy music vibrating chairs with ipods and headphones). The pool is neat and has a large water fountain in the middle spouting water into the pool..... and on the side are more hot and cool tub dips.... and the cascading showers. This area also offers snacks/drinks. You can also order room service in this area and they will bring it up (as I was told.... I have not tried it myself). Weather permitting there is an outdoor sun area too. And then there is the relaxation area, on the same floor that some of the services are performed as well. They have a name for the area, but I forget what it is.... but it is a really relaxing lounge room with dim lighting and a large glass water fall and ipods with headphones. Again, the snacks and drinks are offered here as well. The beds used for the massages and the facials are the vibrating music beds and the rooms are very nice. The chair used for the pedicures is not like the one pictured on their website, it is much nicer. It also vibrates with the music and is very comfortable. All of their staff is very nice and helpful.... they will point you in the right direction if you feel like you have gotten lost in the large facility. But at the same time they keep their distance and dont bug you, which I really like.... because you are there to relax! So like I said, it is so worth treating yourself to at least one day at this spa! Even if you are on a budget you get your moneys worth if you show up early and stay after your treatment.

I had scheduled an appointment for a couples massage based upon the fact that they told us there would be plenty of things for us to do together. When we got there we found out the only thing we could do as a couple while we waited was sit in the pool area. Dont get me wrong it was Ok, but the relaxation chairs they have set up for you to enjoy only adjust the way you are sitting. They dont massage in the least and the music they give you to listen to is selected for you. You cant look anything up. When you order drinks there they add an automatic 18% gratuity charge for your waiter. I feel it should be up to me to tip how I see fit. Needless to say, our first round of drinks were the only round we bought. When it finally came time for our massages my boyfriend was the first to go in. I waited for mine and instead of taking me to my room they took me to a waiting room where I spoke with management and security about a cut on my toe the size of a pin Needle, that I received from swimming in their pool. In most cases where they would offer you a bandage and proceed with the massage only avoiding that small area, they decided that I wouldnt be receiving mine that day. It was a huge let down considering I have never had the pleasure of being able to do something like this only to have my first experience ruined because of the smallest of cuts. do what you want to but my opinion is that its not worth the price in the least bit. I wont be coming back.

I recently had a pedicure at this spa and was very unhappy with the service I received. The technician was really nice but she wasnt paying attention to what she was doing. She was very rough on my feet and hurt me several times. She cut some of my toenails too short and they were crooked. One of my toenails was only painted on half of it and the nail polish was old so it looks lumpy. When I called to complain I was told a manager would call me back. He did so a few days later and offered to give me back 20% of what I paid. Gee, thanks. It was a huge rip off and I expected a much better result for the price they charge. I also think its inappropriate to add an automatic 20% gratuity to the bill. It should be up to the customer to leave a tip. It was poor service overall and I definitely would not go back or recommend this place to anyone else.

Went there Oct 24th 2014 in late afternoon. The spa is great!!!! However, unless you LOOK like you belong their expect to be questioned on your age and why youre there. When i got there they asked if I was even old enough to be there and why I was there. I guess since i look young for my age and was in my lounge vacation clothes they assumed I was looking for the pawn shop instead of the spa. Sorry Spa Toscana that i dont LOOK like I belong at your spa. Maybe Ill max out credit cards to "LOOK RICH" and fry my face in the sun to "LOOK MY AGE"

I love this spa! You get treats, beyond the treatments. They have drinks and snacks in the dressing area, which, by the way, is decked out. Take your friends, take your family. LOVE THIS PLACE.

Awesome place, I had a couples massage for myself and my wife for our anniversary. Spent the whole day lounging around. Super friendly staff, not too crowded even for fourth of July weekend!
