I had scheduled an appointment with Wyniece for a cut and dye. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was a dark brown to a blonde ombre and when she finished my hair I was in shock with how bad it looked. The result was orangeish patchy blonde strips of hair that looked like outgrown highlights. I told her I wasnt happy with it however I still had to pay for the cut and dye. I paid and they rescheduled me for a free session with Ashley instead. The result with Ashley came out better but it wasnt much better there was only subtle differences such as the "ombre " being more gradient. It still wasnt blond and looked like just a caramel ombre. She told me if I wanted it blonde (which is what I came in there originally for) Id have to pay $175 for another session. For the money Ive paid for so far and the zero results Ive gotten I believe that it was not worth it at all. I wont be coming back here again.

I met with a hair stylist there and we decided best route for my hair was to do two processes of heavy highlights to achieve a more all over platinum blonde look. I went in on 7/9/16 for the first session. She was running 30 minutes behind but It went very well, she was very nice, and did a good job she told me to just call in to make the follow up appointment to finish putting more blonde in my hair. Well I called in today and it appears I would not be able to get in to see her until 8/13/16, which is more than a month away!!!! Thats insane!! Why schedule something like this without letting the client know ahead of time you are going on leave and it will be over a month before you can finish the process!! I am very unhappy about how this has worked out. I emailed Tammie, so hopefully she can work something out! I paid way too much for it to be handled like this.

I am working temperarily in Fresno, but from Chicago, IL. I **had** beautiful highlights in my hair from my previous salon and needed my roots touched up. I told my stylist EXACTLY what I wanted.......but instead, I ended up with an awful, multi-colored mess on my head. She didnt touch the bottom half of my hair, so I have dark brown on the bottom and an array of UGLY brass color (looks exactly like straw hay that pigs sleep in) to very light blonde highlights on the top half. I told them I wanted it fixed......they told me to come back the next day, when I got there I was told "we had to switch your time" even though they NEVER called to tell me! DO NOT GO HERE!!

The Spa is my go to place! From eyebrow waxes, spray tans, facials, hair services, special occasion make up, and the list goes on! Most recently, I had the girls from The Spa & Hungry Hair do my hair and make up for my wedding. It was such a great experience, I had 9 bridesmaids and my mom and my fiances step mom and we all got our hair and make up done in the comfort of our home. They brought 3 make up artists and 3 hair stylists. Megan did my make up and Kannon did my hair. The other make up artists there were Jene & Mercy and the other hair stylists there were Laci & Alyssa. I would recommend them for anybodys wedding!

This spa is the REAL Deal! I have been a client for about 3 years. The staff is very professional - from the receptionist to the clinicians delivering the services. I visit the Spa at least once per month. They have the latest technology to remind clients of appointments electronically. I love the introduction to products without a strong-arm sales pitch. The professionals only introduce the products when asked by the client. The changing rooms are private and I love the extras I can receive from sauna to showers. Thanks Fig Garden Village for having a first class SPA in your shopping center.

Hungry Hair has been an amazing experience because everyone is so friendly and helpful. I recommend it to anyone that wants the total experience. Im glad they are at Fig Garden Village. I recommend The Spa too. Its excellent! Its an amazing, relaxing full body experience. Thats why Ive been going there for 30 years. And they make you look good too which is very important. Rockell is always there for me. She gets me in when I call. She always has. Shes an excellent, excellent master color stylist. Shes truly a master at what she does. “Fun beer garden, good beer” The beer garden was around the corner from their listed street address, so dont despair if they dont seem open at first. Keep exploring... When we found the garden it was a fun, open environment. Tables, sun, open warehouse, shade, fans, foosball, bags/cornhole - what else could you ask for? As for the beer - there was lots of that...

Ive been getting my hair cut by jessica here for 6 years now!! She does beautifully! I just had 1 bad experience where she was quite rushed because i needed a trim for my bangs. She cut them much too short. So make sure your appointment isnt too rushed. But i would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a hair cut at a very good price. :))))

I went today and got a massage by Paul Rios, and it was absolutely fantastic. Hands down the best massage I have ever had!!! It was my first time with a male masseuse so I was skeptical in the beginning but it was amazing. He put the right amount of pressure and was very polite. I am most certainly going to be going back!!!

I have only experienced the hair salon but it was great. In addition to a careful choice of color, including a consultation between two staff members, I was taken as a walk-in as I particularly appreciate because I was on vacation. I will certainly return whenever I am in Fresno. A bonus was the coffee, it was great!

Walked in and Ashly gave me a great cut. No miscommunication, just exactly what I wanted. The receptionist cannot seem to get off the phone, and the downstairs girls do not know they are part of the Hungary Hair salon, plus they are slightly snarky. But for Hair Services This was a great first time experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon/spa. I went for botox/fillers & was greeted nicely and made to feel comfortable right away. the lobby is beautiful and front desk seems knowledgeable & couteous. Lisa did an AWESOME lip service and I love my smile. SHES REALLY GOOD!! I WILL be back!

Receptionists could use a little work, but my stylist is amazing!! Michelle does wonders with my hair. I leave happy and satisfied every time. Perfect color matching exactly what I want and describe with a great cut. Really personable and just an overall great stylist. :D
