Ive been a client for a while, I checked online and it said the wait was six minutes, checked in online then we asked to be seen by one of the ladies she was rude and told she wont do it than we waited to see who we got. ended up waiting 15 minutes to be skipped by one of the hairstylist and ended up asking what would happens with our spot we were in front of the gentleman who just walked in. We ended up going with our best choice Lenore and we will keep using her because she is polite and care for her clients we will be back on Monday to use her service but for sure we wont use any other hairstylist we had in the past and got really bad results

LaVonna is the best the only one I let cut my hair. The place is always fun clean dont mind waiting if they are busy it has taken her two an half years to fix the worst cut from another salon. Never let that happen again LaVonna makes you feel like family so glad I met her been doing my hair about nine years ask for LaVonna or Cat. 10 ****************

After going to Great Clips because I had a coupon, I then I went to a salon that was much closer to my home but I never received a cut as good as I did at Great Clips! Thank you Susie for how you cut my hair yesterday! Cut again today, normally go monthly for over a year and am never disappointed! The online check-in is great!

When I went in my stylist had a very long day but my hair still came out really good it wasnt exactly what I wanted but starting out with long fine hair and ending with a a-line cut thats alot of work and she did it in half an hour I would recommend this place...

Kat was awesome! Been looking for someone to do my daughters hair, she listened to us both and my daughter finally got the do shes been looking for. She also did a great job on my hair! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Super glad I stopped in.
