I just had my 1996 Ford F150 (220,000 miles) serviced by Autovantage Service Center and was most impressed. Things started off well with the friendliness and professionalism of the office staff on the phone. I made an appointment to have the oil changed, and for them to see if they could track down an intermittent stalling problem that had been going on since I bought the truck two years ago. One of my boys is a good mechanic and we replaced the plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, fuel filter, crankshaft position sensor, etc. and so on. Nothing fixed it completely and my cheapie code reader suggested it was electrical in nature but not where the problem was. When I arrived at the shop it was the cleanest, most well organized repair shop I have visited. The office staff was great and the owner Ryan spent about 15 minutes chatting with me to get as much detail as possible on the issues and what we had already replaced. The truck is a spare vehicle so I told them to keep it as long as they needed since the problems are so intermittent. One of the techs hooked up like 3 different monitors to it and kept test driving until it finally acted up (stranding him - but fortunately close to the shop) and found that it needed a new distributor, and that the front fuel pump (truck has dual tanks) was starting to fail but that the rear one was working fine. They then confirmed with me that I wasnt in any hurry for the truck, because they wanted to spend some time looking for a decent distributor. Motorcraft distributors were no longer available and they tracked down a distributor with an 18 month, 18,000 mile warranty (Autovantage normally warranties their work for 36 months/36,000 miles if they can get quality parts like Motorcraft). When I picked up my truck they had cleaned the interior and provided me with a very thorough list of what they had checked on the truck and quotes on potential future service. And it runs soooo much better than it ever has - so I am a very happy camper. If you are looking for a cheap fix these are not your guys. But if you are looking for a shop that will be thorough, friendly, extremely knowledgable, and treat your vehicle like they want it to last you for 500,000 miles - then this is your shop. I am confidant in the repairs Autovantage made on my truck, and the pricing was appropriate for the value they provided. Definite 5-star organization!!

All of our car needs will be going to Autovantage from now on. They helped get my 1996 4runner up and running again. It needed so much done and they spent their time evaluating every possible thing that could be wrong with it on top of what I knew was wrong. Then Becki did an awesome job lining out a quote with pricing from most important work that needed to be done to least important. This kind of care and service trying to make sure their customers can afford work that needs to be done immediatly versus work that can wait, I have never been taken care of like this with any mechanic/contractor etc. The 3year/36k mile warranty on their work too, no one offers that. Becki took care of all of my concerns and needs and has my business for life. I could not be happier with the way my vehicle is now running. I had a little bit of everything done with their shop from, major engine parts to shocks to brakes to a wiper blade and much more. They took care of my car and I expect it should run amazing for some time to come now.

My girlfriend called to get an idea of what they charged for a part and the girl on the other end of the phone rudely told her not to call places acting like she knew what she was talking about and hung up on her. If this is any indication of how theyre service is then dont waste your time. We actually do not know a lot about cars but we have a piece of paper from our last visit to an auto shop that tells us exactly what is wrong with the car and just wanted to get everything taken care of now that we can afford to do it. She also said that we would get charged a lot doing what we were doing, I guess we dont live in a free world where your allowed to ask questions. Dont waste your time with rude people.

Excellent service! I took our 98 Saturn SL2 (owned since new!) in for Air Conditioning service. The report was concise and complete and despite the age of the Saturn they were able to service the AC. They also inspected the rest of the car and wrote a report on the current status of the vehicle. I have maintained the car since new and the report was accurate to the last detail. Im in my late 60s and looking for a shop to take over some of the heavier maintenance. I will bring the car back to Autovantage to bring some of the other maintenance up to date. Good people, friendly people, caring people are hard to find these days, especially in an automotive service center! Highly recommended!!

Autovantage is a very reliable and honest business. I have taken my cars there since I was refered to them a few years ago by my in-laws and now I wont take my car anywhere else. I trust them 100 percent! They go above and beyond on every job, after they complete the job and inspect the vehicle they actually vacuum and wash your car. As a female I truely appreciate that they do not talk down to me or act like I dont know what I am talking about...like other machanics have a tendency to do. Also since the first time I was there they have remembered me by name and are very friendly and personable. I could go on and on, they are just wonderful and I recommend Autovantage to everyone!

Brian is so thorough. We have had a vibration problem with our van since day one. Although we have had it into at least six different shops over the years, every shop put "band-aids" on the problem; replacing parts over and over again without getting to the root of the problem. Brian is willing to go the extra mile to get to the cause of the problem so that we can stop continually replacing the same parts. An amazing shop with a great ethic; so rare today. I would recommend them to anyone!

Best service center that Ive been in and they have been servicing my "family fleet", Jaguar, Denali, Jeep, and Nissan. From the moment we first brought in our daughters car, weve been back for everything from an oil change, brakes and rotors to the most serious damage my teenagers can do to their vehicles . They continue to service, diagnosis and repair what ever has gone wrong with all of our automobiles. Becky, Brian and Matt, thank you for being there every time weve needed you!

Im super thankful to the team at Autovantage for helping me out last minute, getting my truck back on the road. While visiting for a charity event, my truck started to act up. The team at Autovantage set time aside to diagnose within 30 minutes of my call for help. Parts were needed, ordered and installed the following morning so I could get back out on the road to assist in our event.
