PLEASE READ When i First Started using Euro Motors I loved them I even tried to get people to switch to them. Unfortunately I cant say that any more. I started going to Euro Motors when I got my Pre Purchase Inspection on my VW Jetta 2005.5. I was very impressed with the inspection being that the car sat for 2 months and returned to sitting after the inspection. I was informed about a few things that were very important to me buying the car (Vacuum Pump, Broken Mirror, Blower Motor, Trunk Latch, alignment and a couple little things). Long story short I fixed a couple things that were broken like the trunk latch, mirror and blower motor{they said $800}turned out to be a Fuse. So I took it in and had my vacuume pump fixed and my sunroof glued in(that broke the day i got the car at no fault to Euro Motors) at which time they told me my alternator was bent and my belt was just about to snap. Shocked when i got the call I said to fix it. This is when i stated thinking the car hasnt been driven one day since the inspection and them must have missed this no real big deal. 5 days later my check engine light came on P0420 a cataleptic converter code. I took it in and the smoked the engine and evaluated all the sensors for a charge of $179 and they said it was a bad O2 sensor Bank 1 and i had it replaced. 2 days later check engine light on again and they called and it was they confirmed my fear my catalytic converter was broken and i didnt fix it because I went looking for more estimates Euro Motors was around ($1900). I called the VW dealer and they wanted 1295 $ parts and labor!!! (Euro Motors says they are cheaper than the dealer on their website). Afterwards I stated asking around who to go to and I stated hearing negative things from people around town about Euro Motors little things like advise work that isnt necessary and over charge. During this time my sunroof that had been temporarily fixed had broken and I called and talked with Rachelle the owners daughter about getting to talk to Kristof the owners son who was busy and I understood it was 2 oclock on a Monday she said he could call me back later in the day or maybe tomorrow. Tuesday came and went and I never received a phone call so I call back Early on Wednesday and I was told he was busy and that he would call me. After waiting four hours I called another mechanic in Auburn to get an estimate on fixing my sunroof. I took it into the other European specialist in town and I got an estimate of $1100!!! Euro Motors wanted $2300 for the same job!!! This is when I decided to not return to Euro Motors anymore due to rude customer service and over the top prices. I did call Kristof and I told him that I was upset about not receiving a call back for two days and that I did go else where to have the job done. Euro Motors does do good work but if you decide to use them please check prices against other mechanics and the dealer Im sorry that It didnt work out with them and I hope that they can read this to help improve future service because I felt very disrespected by them.

I maintained my first Mercedes--220D and 240D myself but the new technology and mind-numbing electronics on the ML350 and my current GLK350 4matic forced me to have the dealership do the heavy lifting. Thankfully, and conveniently, I found Christoph, Urs and the able team at Euro Motors who have done a terrific job in servicing my car. In todays economy, I am looking for value and I found it and expert knowledge and service at Euro Motors. Thanks! It has been a year since my last review and scheduled services, etc. have been made since, and my rating has not changed. Five Stars all the way! Especially having experienced a rear-ender to the Shop Loaner BMW. A consolation is that my car was being repaired and it was safe, while the BMW took the hit and the insurance (hopefully) stepped in and I am still--assuming here--in good standing at Euro Motors...... :) See you soon, Euro Motors crew!

Nice clean and thorough shop. Extremely friendly and conscientious staff. I would recommend Euro Motors in a heartbeat! I went in for an oil change and a transmission flush. The latter because it was recommended that it should be done in the near future. Euro Motors is always clear about what needs to be done now, and what can wait until later. I like that! And when I asked about the deterioration of some plastic component on the outside of my car, they verified it was purely cosmetic and I did not need to do anything about it if I didnt want to spend the money. Their honesty comes across loud and clear! And I rely on that!

I have been taking my BMW Z4 in for service since 2008. I have checked other repair services and have found none to equal Euro Motors quality of service and attention to detail. I always leave their shop feeling as if I have received value for my money paid. I stop by when necessary between service intervals and always receive courteous attention to my needs, be it topping off my oil or advising me that I dont need anything but water for my low coolant light. I trust their assessment of the needs of my car, and have never felt that unnecessary repairs were added to my service invoice.

The professionals at Euro Motors were of great service to me and my old Jaguar. Even going online at Ebay to find the best deal for me on parts. Their facility is spacious and very clean. Their technicians all highly trained on the latest technology in car repair. The staff is courteous and makes you feel at home. I also found out I no longer have to travel all the way to Sacramento for service or parts such as a new key. It is the best car repair company I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Euro Motors.

You know when you get that feeling that you just got took? Or maybe its just me, I am a paranoid person. But seriously they have always done great work on my previous Saab. I just purchased another one the other day and it went straight to them for inspection. Ive never felt ripped off not one time and they have done quite a bit of work in my car. I just had the most professional experience with Auburn Euro Motors! I had a simple "fix" (needed the center grill emblem of my 2011 S80 Volvo replaced) and Kristof and his technician took care of it on the spot. They were professional and very accommodating. GREAT customer service! I highly recommend these people for work on your European vehicle. I know Ill be back!! Thank you so much!!!!!
