Liars. I was having issues with my air conditioning. The car would blow cold air for 10 minutes, then warm air for 10 minutes and back to cold. I read up on the issue and it appeared the system needed to be charged. I brought my car to Folsom Tire Pros and asked for an AC service after explaining my problem. They inspected the vehicle and called me with an estimate. $852.00 because the AC compressor was needing to be replaced, the belt was worn and the system would need to be charged. I told them no and picked up my car after paying $30 inspection fee. I took the car to another local shop and told them what was wrong and what Folsom Tire Pros said. After their inspection, they were amazed to find the compressor was completely fine. As was the belt. The second shop charged the system and everything works perfectly now. $60 out the door. Folsom Tire Pros is another dishonest, rip you off, repair shop that should not be used by anyone. People work hard for their money and this place tries to steal it from you.

Gamble A Lot

Disappointing. Ive had basic work done years ago here (tire balancing/rotating) but recently got a brake quote for my gfs car. They said $470. Thinking this was a bit high, got a second opinion at a popular shop on Green Valley Rd in EDH. They quoted me $250! It was only a simple pad swap and rotor turn for both quotes. I decided to give them another chance. We used their "free alignment check" coupon on her car there. Come back to pick up the car, they charged $90 something for the "free" check! Estimate even said zero. We hadnt planned on spending money before they at least contacted us but we would rather pay and not come back rather than argue. Its obvious they are trying to take advantage of the money in Folsom. Im not a total dummy when it comes to working on cars, Id just rather spend the time doing other things. Definitely get a second opinion if you go here and dont bother with their coupons.

Clarksville Automotive was recommended to me by a friend. I went and was very happy with the service I received. They were very friendly and helpful. I took my Liberty in because it was occasionally making an odd sound. I didnt have an appointment but they were able to look at my car immediately. It turned out the noise was because of an issue with a part that I had replaced only a few months prior. They told me to take it back to the place who did that repair (so I could get it fixed for free) and they didnt charge me anything. Honest, friendly, helpful, and the shop is new and has a nice waiting area too. Thanks guys!

My experiences with Tire Pros in Folsom have been very positive. Recently my Avalon was overheating so I took it in and Eddie at Tire Pros was very accommodating. They diagnosed the problem as a stuck thermostat, so they replaced it and flushed the system. Unfortunately, the overheating problem returned a few days later. I took the car back to Tire Pros and they found a blockage in the radiator. Eddie replaced the radiator at his cost since I had to come back with the same problem. Although Tire Pros didnt fix the problem at first, they were understanding and didnt charge me twice for labor on the same problem.

Extremely friendly, honest, and reliable shop. I have brought all my cars here and have never once regretted it. The name is misleading, as this is a full service mechanic shop, not just a tire place. I have had them tell me that I didnt need certain procedures in order to save me money, or send me to other shops if they werent the right place. Eddie and his team are very competent at what they do and Id recommend them in a heartbeat.

I have tried five times to get my oil changed at this location because if the advertised price and every time they said they are booked for the day. Although, they also state they handle everything, first come, no appointments. I have tried driving by and I see no cars in the bay and call and they said they are booked! False advertisement!!!!!! Do not use this company!

It is a pleasant relief to not have to worry about the integrity of my mechanics. Ken and his crew are wonderful folks who have earned my business. They are an example to all!

These guys are GREAT! I took my car in for a brake service, Justin & Mike were HONEST and extremely knowledgeable! Their mechanics seemed very well trained and they offered me a free shuttle service. If you want your car fixed right the first time, take your vehicle here!

A bit expensive, then again I dont know much about cars, so maybe this was tough to fix. Comfortable waiting room. They fixed my AC. Itll be getting hotter soon so that is a necessity.
