I am new to town and the two auto repair places that have very good and honest reputations were not able to give me an appointment as quickly as I needed it . They both recommended Protouch Auto Repair. I am so glad they did. The people there were very professional and courteous. The job that was quoted elsewhere was for over $200 because its an import. (Those were out of town repair shops). They fixed the car, in less than two hours and the price was so low I had to ask them to make sure. Very nice people and very good mechanics

Extremely slow, had my vehicle over a month and it was only after three calls and an ultimatum that they did work. Vehicle came out running worse than when it went in. Terrible work with equally horrible customer service will never go again. Drivers be stay away. Also they lost my license plate and charged me an arm and a leg only changing bulbs and battery terminals. Also believe they lost my power steering cover but cant confirm that.

Aldo is a great guy have had a few call backs but he is always willing to do the right thing our company stands behind his repairs as if added or warranty repairs on his work needs to be done he accomodates

Came for a tuneup, they did very good work for my commercial vehicle, more importantly they are very honest, a little slow but you should never rush a mechanic to do quality work.
