Goods: staff kept me up to date, took ownership of their work, friendly. Bads: hadda go back after initial failure (on the plus they made my repair a priority), long wait times my car spent a few months here (custom build though), accidentally broke an o2 sensor. Overall id recommend them for your everyday transmission issues, for custom builds be prepared for long wait times.
