Wow! The molding on the bottom of my Cadillic Elderado had come off. Thank goodness I had the part. I was worried how would I get a new one, would it have to be ordered, if so would it need to be painted to match my car? I was stressed. I called Caliber they told me to bring it down, and they would see what they could do. Boy was I nervous. I showed them the molding that came off, and they said let us see what we could do. They took the part and drove my car to the body repair part of the business. As I sat and waited, my mind wandered can they fix it, how much would it cost. Would they have to order the part. Did I need to order the pair. After about a half hour here comes my car, they parked it, I could see it looked like new. Yay! I went in to ask how much it would cost. I was told nothing. Nothing really! We all know how much we love our cars. So my deepest Thank You! To everyone, so helpful and polite. THANK YOU CALIBER! There are still good business people out there and you are the "BEST" Rhonda
