tl;dr - They tried to rack up $4500 in repairs on a $500 job, and were rude when I took my business elsewhere. You would be wise to take your vehicle somewhere else to be fixed. Had a leaking radiator, took it to them to get fixed. They (Corey) told me that the head gaskets were blown and my car would need (at least) $3500 in repair. THEN they sent me a diagnostic report that rated my cars health Red (from green to red). Telling me that there were several must fix items and in all the car needed $4500 in repairs. I found this odd as I never let my car overheat, it got hot a couple times, sure, but its a Toyota 4Runner, its got a great engine. I also babied it home, and to the shop, once the issue began. Other than the sudden leaking the car is in great condition. As this was my first time at this shop I couldnt swallow such a big repair, even though I believed them. I apologized for going elsewhere. Turned out I was a fool for believing them. I took the car to my regular mechanic on Power Inn (Global Auto Repair & Glass: highly recommend). They immediately noticed that there was no water in the oil (101 indicator of warped head gasket) and questioned the diagnostic Street Tech gave me. They offered to repair the radiator first and then see how the tests looked. --Something Street Tech refused to do when I asked, siting their warranty as the reason why they couldnt just repair one thing. Global Auto Repair repaired the radiator and, like magic, all the other leaky engine issues that Street Techs diagnostic showed, went away. The price difference? $4000!!!!! The car has been running problem free for a couple weeks now. This place is shady. While I was there I saw them pressuring another customer for repairs. Their strategy is to find everything wrong with your car and work you into a lather about it. Also Corey, the charismatic owner, passed me to one of his senior guys to wrap me up. An older dark haired fellow with glasses. The guy was a nozzle. Rude and obviously irritated that I wasnt swallowing his BS line about my car. He even came out of the shop to bark at me while the tow truck was getting my car, as picking it up where they had left it was blocking the drive way. (Not that there was any traffic, mind you) First, it was 5 minutes of hooking up a tow. Second, barking at someone is poor customer service. Why not just walk across the lot and ask how long well be and if we can hustle? (which the tow truck driver already was) A friend and fellow local came with me to the shop and afterward told me hed had similar experiences there and would never take his vehicles there again. And if he had known thats where I went, in the first place, he would have warned me off. Shady, rude, and not to be trusted. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

Employees were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately other aspect of this business were not as good. This business tries to lock you in to returning for future oil changes by selling multiple oil changes for a discounted price up front. I also found the waiting area unpleasant as it has an extremely strong smell to it. By extreme I mean worse than any of the more than 10 garages Ive been to in my life. Finally, the last time we took our car here they failed to reattach a skid plate on the bottom our car which has to be opened to perform an oil change. A day later we noticed it was dragging on the ground. We took it to another mechanic and were charged $55.00 to reattach it with 2 missing push pins.

All the people at street tech auto care are very nice and accommodating. I have a lot of things needing work on my car and Corey made it clear that he wanted to get a few really necessary things out of the way but also that he wanted to get some things i would really be able to tell the difference while driving, I liked this idea as i was putting a good amount of money and wanted to really feel it. Needless to say the repairs were done as inexpressive and quickly as possible, and i could really feel them in the way my car drives! I will for sure continue to go to these guys for my repairs and strongly urge others to use them as well!! Thanks Again guys!!

Very dissatisfied with service of my vehicle. I was charged 105.00 to put my car on the computer to see what was wrong with it and then told that it would be another 250 to fix. The bad thing is I have an older vehicle that can not be tested on a computer and then it turned out that the 250 was not even the total cost to fix all that was wrong. Took my car down the street, they diagnosed what was wrong right away with no computer fee for diagnosis and charged me 135 to fix everything, it all works great now. Unfortunately I am out 105 for a bogus diagnosis.

The ladies behind the front desk are personable and friendly, the mechanics are knowledgeable and the work is supreme. They are excellent quality at a reasonable price. I recently took my 2009 honda civic and 1997 toyota corolla into Street Tech Auto Care and I could not be happier with the service I received. I definitely got more out of the experience then I was intending on; which is rare to come by now-a-days especially in the mechanical world. Thank you Street Tech Auto Care!!! Aaron Austin

You cant beat the 4 oil changes for $100! Its a great feeling taking my car here and knowing that not only are they going to change my oil, but notify me of potential problems or point out areas of concern. I always feel safe leaving their shop. I love the friendly staff and atmosphere in the office as well. Street Tech Auto Care has ALWAYS come through for me! Thank you guys..and gals:)

My daughters friend told us about this shop. Weve been bringing our vehicles here ever since. Weve yet to have to return for follow-up service. Everyone here is friendly and clear in their communication. Have not had to ask twice about what theyve done, etc. I highly recommend Street Tech to anyone needing service on your vehicle. Great Service! The addition of wifi service is a plus.

I spent $600 on an alternator, just to come back a few months later because the bolts on it are jingling and have come loose. If I hadnt have noticed, I dont even want to think of what could have happened while driving. They were nice in trying to solve the problem...But I could have gone to someone on the street and had a better experience. I dont think Ill be back here again.

My experience with Street Tech was amazing. Its not everyday (unfortunately!) that you feel appreciated as customer. Not only that, I came away from doing business with them feeling I could actually trust them! A trust worthy Auto shop? Seriously? You bet! I will be back for all my maintenance or repair needs. Good job guys, keep up the integrity.
