Pulled up at 3:17 pm Tuesday August 1st.. Just needed a basic oil change on a 2008 scion xb.. Waiting in line to get my services done excited cause they only had on car in getting a battery change done and another getting tires figured Im next in line... Until the mechanic walks in to turn down another customer in front of me whos already purchased his ties due to the fact they dont have enough time.. When my turn came in line he told me the same thing.. I said you have 2 cars and 4 mechanics why would you not be able to get a 15 minute oil change its only 3:30 at this time and you dont close till 7..then he blamed management for shorting workers.. So if 4 mechanics not enough to change 4 tires and a battery and do a oil change? Again he turned me down.. So Walmart management is it your fault or is it just the fact you hire lazy workers.. Either way I will not ever take my business to you and will definitely let everyone I know possible how I was treated..

Gamble A Lot

No employees in the garage or driveway when I pulled up. No vehicles waiting before me. The gentleman was nice who wrote up my work order inside. Told him Id be waiting and hed call me. Did some shopping, sat outside for almost two hours while my car sat the whole time. Watched many people come and go who all pulled up after me! Finally went inside and asked whats the deal. Said two more cars still ahead of mine! No way. All the cars in the lot came after mine. Took my key and said no thanks. Was my first time here, never coming back. They need to hire more staff and/or get a fair work order system in place. It was a Monday too, not like it was a weekend day or anything. By the way, the prices posted on their wall are higher than whats stated on the WM website. If you dont mind waiting 6-8 hours for a simple tire change, this is your place.

After waiting for over an hour to get a simple oil change, I checked on the progress and they havent even started. They werent busy or backed up. They just didnt write it up to start on it. Fucktards come to mind when I think of this place. These employees are why we should have an option for less than one rating star.

Service when other tire and lube businesses were closed. I needed a valve stem replaced asap for a trailer tire and Andy and Michael took care of it no problem. Good guys and good service. The service took a little longer only because they were busy. Thank you guys.

They need to fire all these guys and start from scratch! No cars inside and they take all of the time in the world to do nothing but an oil change! Terrible customer service as well. I guess I have to find another place to go!

Its 7:15 but they say the lube express is open at 7:00 am but no one is here the doors are locked and no on one is answering the phone and thats the kind of customers-servivice I hate... Google maps says ur open at 7???

Wow, tires are a great value and the headlight restoration was amazing! Well worth the $40. Makes my car look 5 years younger.

Pulled in with all bays empty, tech said 45mins to rotate tires and change oil.It took 2hrs, will never go back.
