When I tell you a business goes above and beyond, you can take it to the bank, Im not just talking about a cup of coffee. Michelle on the phone and at the front desk was friendly and professional. I was able to get a ballpark estimate over the phone, make an appointment that met my schedule, was offered a ride to and from the shop, and the repair was done promptly, on estimate, and without any pressure or up-selling. Jack even met me on the bicycle trail, put my bike in the back of his truck, then made sure I put it in a safe place while I was picking up my car. Thats service. My old Honda is my second vehicle next to my bicycle, and Jack and his team will help me get a few more miles out of it.

Jack and his crew at Japan Auto Care have been doing all my vehicle work ever since. This is the most professional, competent, honest and friendly auto repair shop Ive ever been to. I have the utmost confidence that all repairs or preventative maintenace will be done right the first time, and there will never be any unneeded repairs or services performed. Brought in my Toyota Corolla for an oil-change, tire rotation, and to get a weird noise checked out. Turns out the water pump was going bad, but my family had bigger problems- after I was dropped off from the shop, the familys only other car overheated! We were essentially car-less. When the folks at Japan Auto Care found out they worked hard and finished the repairs the next day! Incredible, thoughtful service, would recommend to friends and family- they already have my business!

2000 Honda Accord with leaking head gasket. Another shop had repaired the a bad head gasket 6 months earlier and it started to leak again. Took it back to orig shop and they said $2000 to redo it - not covered under any warranty for parts or labor. Took it to Japan Auto - total cost $1379, under the estimate of $1600 and a day ahead of the expected 3 day schedule. Awesome

Great repair place. Been using Jack since early 90s. Always honest, always good job, always stand by their work & they do the job on time at quoted cost or they call to let you know of any delays or changes. You CANT go wrong with Jack at JAC! Mike
