Rude from the moment we walked in the door. My family and I called for an appointment so that we could be courteous to this business and save some time. The appointment was a joke! THREE HOURS after the appointment one of our vehicles was complete. This was for a simple oil change. When I brought it up to one of the employees (Son of the owners) he threw up his hands and stated Im not going to argue with you and walked out. Dont waste your money or time on this business. There are many many other businesses in this area that dont have a sense of entitlement with your time and money. This is one business I hope that fails. Obviously these children did not learn the same customer service I have heard there parents had.

They could have done a little better. I entered an appointment online for 7-9am for a Sturday with perhaps 2-3 days notice and received a response to bring my car in anytime during that window. As far as I could tell I was the first one there on Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation but no mechanics were there. I told them I would go get breakfast at Jack in the Box next door, take a walk and come back. 90 minutes later I came back and my car still had not been touched. About an hour later they completed the job. There does not seem to be any benefit to planning ahead and making an appointment - I have had better experiences at other Midas locations.

This is THE place I take my vehicle. I drive fifteen minutes to come to this specific location over at least three other shops probably within half a mile of my house. Always upfront and honest. Theyve given me advice on repairing things myself even printing directions for me, and finding me the best deal for a part online. Great customer service. Totally recommend them

Their store hours are 7am-6pm -- I went in at 4:50 pm for a simple oil change and was turned away. Apparently over an HOUR before closing is too much of an inconvenience to take care of a paying customer. I will not be returning and will recommend my family against returning as well; too many businesses offer the same services for them to be so dismissive. Ridiculous.

Amazing service and wonderful people here i broke down literally in the parking lot and they got me on my way in 10 mins!! Very happy customer here! They even had a place for kids to play while you wait and drinks and snacks while you wait it was amazing!

Turned away for a 10 minute ABS computer procedure that I was told "Yeah, come back anytime after you change the part and well do it for you." Just like last time, it would take longer to schedule the appt than to run the software.
