Kevin has been my Mechanic of choice for the last 8 years. Throughout the many vehicles I have had, he and his staff have been honest to their detriment at times. I know that Kevin could have made much more money from me if he had taken other paths to diagnose my car problems but to his credit he has saved me money at times when it really mattered and has never taken advantage of me or anyone I have sent to him. I send my family and friends even my own mother to Auto expressions and they have all had positive experiences with him. It is a rare ting to find a mechanic who empathizes with his customers and can be trusted without fail. I challenge anyone to refute these statements. On a further note, I find that it is wholly unethical for a person to post a scathing review for reasons other than actual experience. To try and hurt a business because of a personal family related issue is without reproach and shows the character of the one who wrote it. Fellow consumers, please do not be fooled into a misunderstanding by the negative review below. I entreat you to read all the reviews for Auto Expressions and learn for yourself concerning the awards that Kevin has been nominated for and received. This will paint a true picture of what kind of experience you will have when you take your vehicle to Auto Expressions.

Wayne, I am sorry to hear that you feel that you have had these experiences at my establishment. If memory serves me correctly, I on more than one occasion went out of my way to accommodate you and your schedule. Something I try to do for all of my customers but I made special exception seeing that I was married to your daughter at the time. You always were very thankful for the work I was able to do for you and being that you were family I extended every courtesy service wise and financial that I could. I can see how you being located in Granite Bay and me in Rancho Cordova would prove to be an inconvenience to you. I wonder why you chose to drive all that way. I am very troubled by your accusation that I am dishonest. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss with you the situations in which you felt I was dishonest. I am sure it is just a misunderstanding. I would hate to think that you would make false statements against me due to personal feelings. I was referred to Automotive Expressions by Sunrise Smog when my wifes car failed its smog test due to a faulty sensor. The smog tech told me that they are an honest car shop, and seeing their reviews on Yelp and Google, Im very glad for the referral! They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and find an affordable option for repair. They work was done quickly, and for less than the estimated cost. They asked me to return the next day to make sure the sensor was working properly -- Ive never had an auto shop ask me to come back in to double check the quality of the repair before. Ill be back to Kevins shop the next time I need work done.

Troy was superb!! He recommended quality parts over cheap ones to help me get the best out of my car, gave me a quote and showed me the difference in price, speedy service and very honest. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle and I will definitely be coming back for any service or work my car needs thanks guys!

Auto Expressions is an honest and reliable business that I continue taking our cars to. Our issues are always diagnosed properly, and the employees would never try and sell you service that you truly do not need. We always feel confident when driving our cars away from the lot especially with our kids in the back seat! Thanks as always Kevin!! Bob

Very impressed with Tim from this shop. He was super respectful and very fair. He only charged me for what he fixed which was a screw up from another shop. And he dropped me off and picked me up from work. Feel like a jerk because I forgot to tip him. Anyways request Tim he was a super nice guy.

Love this place!! Tim and his guys are super helpful and friendly. Their prices a very resonable too! Our truck was having some problems and they figured it out and fixed everything so fast. We will definitely be sticking to this place for any future problems=) Thanks guys!!

I just did a oil changed and I feel they are honest too. My friend actually helped me to check my car couple months ago and told me what problem my car has. They are small problems, no need to fix. Today, Kevin told me almost the same.
