I would NOT recommend coming to this shop. They are nice and friendly and the manager or owner will talk you up about their service and sell you that they will do the job right, but its just a bunch of lies, i came in because my truck suddenly turned off and wouldnt turn back on. I had it towed in and they charged me to diagnose the problem. They charged me 150$ for the tow and diagnostics, which i thought was a fair price. I came back the next day and they said it was definitely the fuel pump that was broken and it needed to be replaced they quoted me 928$ thats ridiculous. The pump itself from ac delco and autozone on the high end was 250$. Thats 678$ just to install it how crazy is that. No way i was overpaying that much. I decided to go get my truck out of there and get a second opinion. When i showed up i paid my 150$ for services rendered and had them call for a tow. The cherry on top was when i looked in the bed of my car and my car jack was missing, i asked them about it and turns out it was tucked away inside their shop. Mind you my truck was outside in the lot plus no reason to even get it off the truck to begin with. I gave them the address to get it towed to and after i take off i get a call that the truck started and i can take it. I thought that was weird, you just told me the fuel pump is broken and needs a new 928$ pump. How did the car start and keep running if no fuel is being pumped, trucks kinda need fuel to run right? Anyways after i dropped it off with another mechanic he does his diagnosis for free and turns out my fuel pump is fine its my electrical wires coming off the pump that are loose, he fixed them and the truck started right up and worked like a charm. He charged me 50$ for the hour of his time it took and sent me on my way. Saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. TLDR: truck died suddenly wouldnt turn on, superior automotive quote me 928$ to install a new fuel pump. Got a second opinion and was a simple 50$ fix

Took my 97 dodge Dakota in for a smog failure. They fixed the catalytic converter but unfortunately my truck was "broken into" backwindow smashed 2 12" Rockford subs and Rockford 1500watt amp stolen in total almost a $400 system. Funny part is wires all still there like it was unscrewed deck is still there wires are still twisted not cut or yanked out like a regular theif would They dont have cameras and are not going to reimburse me. My window has yet to still be replaced and 3 days have passed. They didnt file a police report within the first day. Day 3 we asked for him to file a report but it never happened so we did it. From what i understand of what my head mechanics told me at my shop its a fine to the shop for not repoting it by law. now all i wanted was to be reimbursed and my window fixed, hes givin me 2 excuses for not fixing my window. Either way i got screwed over. I read a review about a guy having his Jack in the back of the truck. It was found in the shop tucked away!!!!! Possibly same with my speakers but i have yet to find out. Whatever you do DONT TAKE IT TO THIS SHOP CHECK THE REVIEWS.

This place makes you realize just how much you depend on the people who work on your vehicle. I took my car in because it was running a little rough and i had no idea why. The owner talked up a great bit about quality and service, then came back to me with a laundry list of repairs to the tune of $2900. I had to pick and choose what to fix. When I picked up my car from the shop two weeks later, it was in terrible shape. The little bit of roughness was gone, replaced by the motor jumping when I started it, idling at 850 rpm - which felt like it was going to die, hesitation when accelerating, and little upstarts when driving - like th here was a break in fuel being fed to the motor. I took it back again and he told me it ran like that cause I picked and chose the wrong repairs from his laundry list. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I have to add that the front desk receptionist was very polite.

worst experience ever, he said "I will test your car for smog if it passes we can fix any other problems we find". what actually happened, I passed emissions test but,..."well my smog guy entered the negative info in the computer"... "you fix stuff Ill correct it in the computer, your problem now". Do not take your car to this guy, unless your are sure it will already pass...he will destroy your life in the dmv smog computer system, or his jerk Ukrainian mechanic will, and stand by and watch you flop around trying to fix things yourself, like a fish out of water. doesnt care, wont help. Blames any negative stuff that happens on his foreign mechanic. Avoid this guy like the plague. Vasily is the smog guy from hell.If you are not sure your car will pass avoid these guys like the plague. My car did pass the main part of the test Vasily just decided i needed some extra attention and totally destroyed me.

My wife ran over something on HWY 50 that made the anti-lock brake sensor light come on and caused our cruise control to stop working. I figured that a sensor was damaged on our 2008 Dodge. Being new to the area I had no history of who I would feel comfortable with taking our car in for diagnosis and repair. I found Superior Automotive via a google search, called the shop and spoke with Randy. His phone manners left me with a good impression and I took the car in that same day. Randy was clear upfront about the cost of the diagnosis and possible repairs. He was able to give me an exact repair cost. After the repair was completed I paid the bill as discussed with no surprises. His shop is clean and he runs his business efficiently. I found the early hours a convenience since I like to be at work before 8:00 a.m. Superior Automotive will get my future business.

I took my vehicle in for a Smog check and Randy the owner said he had never seen a vehicle that was my make and model not pass smog. He then proceeded to have the test ruin and tell me that my vehicle had failed the smog test. My vehicle passed on the emmisions test but failed because my check engine light was on. My check engine light was on before they ran the test. They did not tell me that it was an automatic fail because the check engine light was on. I called Randy and he said I asked for a test so they ran a test. He even said that his mechanic probably did see the check engine light on but ran it anyways just because I asked for it. Bad way to run a business, they will take your money regardless!!!

I spent a good amount of money on an engine replacement. Had chosen this place because of its reputation and was willing to pay for a good job. The engine turned out fine but had several other problems come to find out. The worst one being that my AC did not work! I called back and the guy acted like he didnt care. They refused to find an engine close to the amount of miles I wanted. Quoted me $300 for an o2 sensor which I found out I can do myself for less than 100. Most of all I cant believe they wont fix my A.C. when it worked before going into their shop. I could of had this job done for way less and now I have to pay hundreds for my broken air. Dont trust them.
