I purchased 4 tires for my 2005 Dodge Ram about 2 years ago from this store. Stopped by yesterday 8/28/26 around 2:30 (Store #17655) for a screw in the right rear tire and asked if they could take a look at it. The gentleman behind the counter seemed the least interested individual I have met. His “reply” was they could look at it if I left it and it wouldn’t be until around close (2.5 hours). 2.5 hours to see if the screw had even punctured my tire? He didn’t offer any assistance; stood by the line I would have to leave it until close. Didn’t offer to even pull it to see if it had punctured. If it had I would have left it, duh! Went to another Firestone 3 minutes away (Store #1228), stood around in the lobby for 15 minutes – no one around. Finally had to walk out to the shop area to get anyone’s attention. Spoke to one person, he said the same thing as the last store – would have to leave it. Said they were shorthanded. Again didn’t even offer to pull it and see if it had punctured. Again leave it for 2.5 hours just to see if it had punctured? Drove to a Goodyear tire store 1 minute up the street. They immediately offered to pull it and see if it had punctured, and of course, if it had I would need to leave it. THEY know what customer service is. The folks working the two Firestone shops could use some customer training.

This Firestone team has always taken care of us. They also stood by parts warranty when my wheel hub went bad. I recommend leaving your vehicle all day if you can; they typically have a lot of business. Tuesdays and Thursdays seem best to avoid crowd.
