I have a 2017 and needed an oil changed so i decided Ill come here because its close by. I asked how long he said two hours because of theres two workers and a couple of cars. Since I was already there Im like ok and walked home to wait. Almost 3 hours later I looked online for a phone number and seen all these bad reviews. I called and nobody answered. And 3 hour something later they called and said my car been done and hour something ago and he just came from lunch. That they already called me once which never happened. Went into my day off I dont have time for bs. Not recommended customer service sucks here! Zero star shouldve changed it myself.

Horrible customer service! When we pulled in a man said hed be right with us. We waited outside of the car for 15 minutes, another car pulled in and was obviously friends with an employee and got served right away, while we still stood there waiting. I asked what was going on and i was ignored. So rude, so we left and went to jiffylube down the street. Where they know how to treat their customers. Only a few bucks more for good service. Recommend you all go to jiffy over walmart for sure! Walmart was so rude, i will never go back!

When there a huge líne on cars its going to be a 4 hours wait for Changing tires you have to underdstand thier were short on employees but one employee told us its going be one hour not 4hours and they really dont comfortably any customers for the wait. Mangers need some more customers services skills

It takes forever just to get checked. The employees are more talk than work. And sometimes stuff gets stolen. So terrible service.
