Good people, but I disagree with a business practice: Diagnostics fee not applied to fixing the issue. If they diagnose a issue and say $400 to fix. They dont apply the fee towards the fix. If its $100 to diagnose and $400 for fix, youre out $500, not $300. Also last time I was there I had to have my radiator change. (story above) They put a new one in, 3 months that radiator busted. They took care of the issue no cost to me! cool (and apparently put in a better one worth $75 more). What I dont understand they said the first one they put in was a crappy radiator and should of never been put in. In my head than Im thinking, why the heck did you put it in? One conversation I think they said it slipped by them... whatever... People are nice but Im looking else where.

I have a 2001 BMW 330ci and had a tire noise in the rear and they called me back and confirmed it was my rear wheel bearing, the previous owner of my car bent the right rear rim which caused the bearing to make a slight noise. I had them replace both rear bearings and I had my rim fixed at a wheel shop in Sacramento. Prompt service, Scott and Phil know what they are talking about. It also helped that they are bilingual bc I need to practice my spanish. Thanks again

Took a truck in to get a pre purchase inspection, the guys got the truck into the shop and onto a lift within two hours of me calling and they quickly discovered deal breaking issues. Everything was smoothe and professional from the beginning, I was even given a significant discount for the fact that they did their job so quickly. Could not have gone better. From now on all of my vehicles will come here for any and all issues. Customer for life

I have been going here sence I was just a teen. I have always received excelent service and it has always been quality. I appreciate the honisty I get when I go here. I am a women and not many Auto center will be honist with a women. I have always felt safe in knowing they are going to treat me right and my problem will be fixed. They always are fare and do grate work. I will continue to come to have my auto problems fixed here.

A Big thank you to Scott and the excellent staff at Folsom Auto Center for solving several problems in my car in one day, including check engine light with multiple codes and engine running rough, which had been progressively getting worse. Problem identified, new part, expert fine tuning and now it is running like new. They also provided shuttle service so I could pick up my car. First rate service and repairs!

I went here after looking for a smog service. I think this location deserves 5 stars for being expedient and knowledgeable. I was explained in a way so that I could understand and I was not pressured to buy any service; in fact I was told to wait and save some money on a certain oil leak and that was important to me. This shop focused on safety and not unnecessary and/or costly repairs.

How could you not give five star if the service is provided for free! I had to change the headlights of my bmw x3 and they did it for free! Absolutely amazing people. I had my car under warranty up until recently so didnt need to go to mechanics. But in future if I do, I will definitely go with them. (FYI - other places quoted the same job for $100-200). You made my day. Keep it up!

Went in today to because the headlights on my pickup were not working. Ron asked if I could wait while he looked into it. He then had two replacement bulbs delivered in about 10 minutes, installed them for free (no labor charge!) and all I had to pay for was the light bulbs. Yes, I will be back for ANYTHING that my car may need. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks, Ron.

Great Experience...Honest and knowledgeable guys ..Never knew about this place until my car keep failing smog test at other places and the reason they gave did not make any sense... Finally went to this place ..this guy (Alex) explained to me and fixed it without any additional cost and finally my car passed smog..
