I was traveling on a motorcycle and had a flat just up the road, I stopped and they stated they didnt work on motorcycles. Which is understandable, but I said I was a mechanic and if I could borrow a socket I would take the wheel off in their parking lot, and if they could just break the bead I would pull the tube and they could patch it. No dice, they didnt want to help at all. Having been in the auto business for 20 years, and just being a decent human being, I always try to help some one in trouble, still do today, and if see someone on the side of the roads ALWAYS do anything I can to help them. They were in a position to offer a stranded stranger a little help, and I was more than willing to do most the work and pay for the patch, but I guess they didnt care to show some compassion for another person.

Their tire prices are good. They do free rotations on tires purchased there. They offered oil changes for 39.00 when they rotate my tires so I started taking my car there every 3000. They rotated my tires every other oil change. We did this for a few times. The last time I made an appointment and went in Sam the manager said "we are going to charge you 55.00 now to change your oil. We are not making enough money" I told him that I buy my tires there for 4 vehicles. He didnt care. Now I will look for a more service oriented company that stands by what they tell a loyal customer of 22 years. I dont need a fancy building. I want good customer service for a very loyal customer.

With two cars and over 3 years I have been to Schultz many times for times for tires and regular maintenance. What they do, the do quickly, efficiently, and for a fair price.When its not their area, they refer you to someone up the street, that does that well. No learning on my vehicle, Im glad that they dont try to do everything.

Schultz tire has become my one stop shop for my auto care needs. The staff is knowledgeable and fast. Always a clean shop and they show me what is wrong with my car while its on the lift.
