I brought my car here via Geico after someone had hit my car. The adjuster I met gave me a rough idea of the repairs to be done and was creating a quote but failed to see the substrate/cracked paint on my front bumper. After I pointed it out to him he happily adjusted the quote to include the paintwork. A 2” portion on the inside lip of my front bumper had been torn off by the incident. I was expecting a new front bumper, but was told they were going to attempt to plastic weld and Jerry-rig my car back together. I said nothing but was not happy at the repair. An hour after I had left I received a call saying they could not fix the bumper and would replace it using a cheap aftermarket bumper. I accepted and told them to proceed. They painted the new piece, but never bothered doing a test fitting for it. They then realized that it didn’t fit and had to return it, purchase an OEM bumper cover and paint that. Overall; this company does the right thing for their customers, but is inefficient in doing so.

Our recent experience with Collision Pros in Auburn, CA was truly an A+ from start to finish! Great customer consultation and service, and they completed the project on time and without issue. My teen son was in a parking lot fender bender with our 2007 Honda white CRV. The car suffered paint scrapes and some minor knicks, along with a dented wheel fender. Brian VonTress the owner immediately provided us options to consider even before seeing the live damage. He made thoughtful recommendations based on our needs and budget. The work was done as promised in less than 3 days - ahead of schedule! And what came back was a car that looked almost new. Better than it looked even when we bought it used! Brian and Jason were awesome to work with - absolutely the best! Thanks you Brian and Jason for excellent experience.

Whatever your repair needs are, big or small CollisionPros has you covered, they are a direct repair shop for AAA, State Farm, Farmers, and All State which means a more streamline process with your insurance company and that equals efficiency. The less time you have between dropping off your car and picking it up is key to CollisionPros. They now you have a busy life, that being said they also offer free loaner cars if you do not have rental coverage, to me that is above and beyond good customer service! Accidents happen but it doesnt have to be a drawn out headache and CollisionPros takes the worrying out of your hands and gets you back on the road quickly.

Their service was out of this world! In all honesty, I am glad I chose them to fix my car after I decided to rear-end a truck one day. Luckily my damage wasnt anything they couldnt handle. I got to see the work in person at different stages of repair and discuss what was necessary to be done and what could be left out. Obviously, the insurance mandates that particular items must be repaired, however, they were able to negotiate with me a little bit when it came to the cosmetic things. To me that was very helpful considering I do not have a whole lot of time or money. At the end of it all, their work was very professional and they promptly took care of anything that I noticed after getting the car back. I highly recommend them as they definitely know how to run a business well.

What a class act business. I cant say enough about the honesty and integrity of the folks at Collision Pros. I hit a boulder while trying to maneuver into a camp site with my F150 pickup. I bent the bumper and popped out a long piece of plastic trim. Jason, said they may be able to pull and shape it out without having to replace any parts; and only charge for an hour or two of labor, but if the bumper and trim had to be replaced it would be about 15K. He called me about mid day and said they were able to pull it out and reshape. I got there expecting to pay an hour or two of labor; he told me NO charge at all - WOW!. They could have socked me for 15K. I highly recommend these fantastic team.

The staff at Collision Pros was amazing! I was nervous after my car got towed from my first accident ever. I needed a new radiator, front bumper, and air conditioner. They were very kind in helping me understand what was wrong with my car and how they were going to fix it. They repaired my car quickly and it runs great! They even vacuumed the inside and my car has never been cleaner. The staff went above and beyond to make my car repairs as stress free as possible. I really could not have asked for better customer service or better quality repairs. They also had free donuts!

I really enjoyed dealing with Collision Pros, they were professional, honest, knowledgeable and helpful in every respect. I felt like they went the extra mile for me without charging extra for it. Their fix-up estimate was actually lower than I expected. Their shop is super-clean and organized while their staff is friendly and helpful, especially Jeff the manager. I hope I wont get into any fender-benders any time soon but if I do Ill definitely be giving them a call again. They definitely earned the 5-star rating in my book.

My insurance company recommended them but I was very reluctant. Im hard to please. From the minute I walked in the door I was promptly waited on, offered a selection of beverages and treated like family. From the reception clerk, to the consultant, and the office manager, it was a great experience. They answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. They even had an awesome loaner truck. I live in Roseville and brought my car to Collision Pros because of all of the positive reviews. I had a bad experience with another body shop in the past, so I was a little worried about leaving my fairly new car in their hands. It was well worth the drive though. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and had my car ready for me in two days. They do great work! I would definitely recommend them!

The Collision Pros team is just that...."Pros". Their work product is excellent and they kept the lines of communication open at all times so I knew what was being done and when. While I was disappointed that my vehicle was in an accident, these folks were the bright spot of the experience. My vehicle looks as good as new.
