I was in town for only one day and the hinge on laptop screen broke so I couldnt open my laptop to use it. I took my computer in not knowing what to expect since I had to have my computer fixed that day. They were up front with me stating that they probably couldnt properly repair it in that time since they dont have the part, but they fixed it enough so I can use it. They even offered advice as to how to fix it and where I ould find the part once I get home. I highly recommend them!!

Pretty disappointing as I didnt even make it through the door. Called to ask about dropping off a laptop, the girl said bring it by. Told her Id be by shortly, never mentioned being closed. Arrived around 11:am. Locked up, Open sign turned off. Tried to call thinking maybe out to lunch, now there isnt any answer. Had high hopes for this place since its so close to my office, oh well.

They were ready that day, but I couldnt pick them up, an hour later they were delivered to my door. They are all working well. I highly recommend Bake Bytes, super fast friendly service.
